While we have not gone extremely deep into all the features that Whylabs provides, we have had extraordinary 1:1 technical support. They are quick to respond, fast at finding solutions, and eager to make improvements for your use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is some complexity setting up data that lags behind the current date but with some changes you can easily overcome this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whylabs offers a great platform for people who are interested in adding monitoring capabilities to your models. It provides great visuals for data distributions, and also offers easy-to-add data monitors / alerts to detect anomalities, data drift, and so on.
It has also been a great pleasure for me to work with the Whylabs team. They have really excellent experts who have helped us a lot with the integration of whylogs to our models. Great optimization has been done on their side to make whylogs work for our specific use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great to have more options to custom the dashboards for profiles. Documentation could also be better and more complete. However, Whylabs is consistently improving their product, I can definitely see a more mature product in the near future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a product, WhyLabs AI Observatory helps fulfill a critical role in providing observability for ML models and pipelines. Our ML team has adopted WhyLabs for some mission-critical models, providing ease of mind that we're tracking the metrics needed to ensure model performance and responsible use of data.
The WhyLabs team is also super quick to support our ML team's questions and feature requests. They have been a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to continued collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being a relatively young company, they don't yet provide the functionality and documentation coverage to cover all the existing ML use cases. That being said, the onboarding process has been reasonably smooth for us, and any features that weren't already part of the product were quickly added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is flexible, privacy friendly (you don't have to send user data) and provides a great command center view with many alerting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is great, no complaints at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After researching the major players in the ML Observability space I concluded that the WhyLabs team has the best understanding of what functionality is actually needed to conduct actionable monitoring of your ML models and to ensure that you can trust your ML systems to run at scale. The team at WhyLabs has a deep understanding of the problem of ml observability and that is reflected in the product which enables you to perform monitoring easily and intuitively without overcrowding the product with unnecessary, confusing functionality (which a number of competitors do). Nothing! WhyLabs has an amazing product which is a reflection of the really strong team that builds it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to gain insight into changing data trends quickly - Normally, it would take days or weeks to assess via traditional monitoring tools. With WhyLabs AI Observatory, it can be done within significantly less time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could use a little more documentation to assist with the initial setup. There were a few cases where an info popup would have been useful to clarify questions during the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WhyLabs tools are easy to use and also provide a lot of security and privacy because much of the processing can be done locally instead of by the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not a lot on the platform that I dislike. It's a very powerful platform that can be overwhelming in some instances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
