What do you like best about White Cup CRM?

The people behind the program is what I like best. The platform is great out of the box - and takes into consideration the nuances of distribution. The product team is always developing and releasing feature enhancements, and they really listen to their customers about their needs. The support during implementation was fantastic and customer service seems to be a high priority. They care about making sure that we are happy with our experience and have no roadblocks in gaining adoption throughout our company. The system is intuitive and easy to use once you learn the terminology and system organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about White Cup CRM?

What problems is White Cup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our primary reason for implementing a CRM system was to have a place to store information about leads and prospects in way that we could strategically take action on them. For the first time, our company is able to do this in WCCRM. It is so easy to add/update fields and forms to customize them to meet the needs of our specific business.
