It also has the intelligence to identify the graphs of trends which helps a lot in making a profitable business. **What do you dislike about White Cup BI?** I am sharing my experience about the sometimes we get inaccurate data which leads to a loss of deal that may be because of analytics error. **What problems is White Cup BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's all about data which can be organized in a top-down manner to make profits in the business. Low cost. **What do you dislike about White Cup BI?** Not nearly as powerful and dynamic as a true BI tool **Recommendations to others considering White Cup BI:** This is a decent basic software for manufacturing and territory management but falls short of a true Bi Tool. It lacks depth of visualization etc. often I would extract the basic data and manipulate that data in xl. **What problems is White Cup BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manufacturing and distribution sales data management. ### 5. It's easy to quickly get the information that you need at a glance and store reports for ongoing use. Exporting is great (multiple options: Excel, Excel with repeated data in columns (good for spreadsheet consistency), and PDF. **What do you dislike about White Cup BI?** Sometimes loading time is a little long. Administration of users can be confusing when things are not appearing like they should (but this is rare and only occurs on new setups). Printing format is not my favorite, but usually I download to Excel anyway. **What problems is White Cup BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a much easier reporting platform than what is included in our ERP, due to the way you drill down into the data. ### 6.
