The implementation was straightforward and direct at all times. We felt very supported, being guided through the process and given clear instructions to learn how to use it. We received immediate responses to all our questions, which was very beneficial. We didn't need more than 30 minutes to learn how to use everything.

This software strengthens the credibility of the reports and encourages people to write them by ensuring anonymity through numerous security systems. As a result, management can make more informed and accurate decisions.

Excellent solution to help companies become more transparent and comply with the law. It is very customisable to the needs of any company and industry. Everything is so intuitive that it could be done by individuals themselves but if needed, the customer support is alway ready to guide and help. There’s a great statistics overview and filtering options for the cases. The company is very transparent and does not limit the use of the software in any way - there is no limitation on the number of reporting pages that can be created or languages that can be used.

We haven’t experienced any issues as of now. The whistleblowing software is continuously evolving and being adapted to comply with the national legislation implementing the EU Whistleblowing Directive.

Nothing, If I can make a suggestion maybe the platform should allow to getting case reports in a more ´literary´ way, that´d be very useful to keep the obligatory registry easy and simple

The need of adapting to the new Spanish Law on whistleblowing would have been a nightmare without a platform like this. Let me make a special mention to Diego and all the technical staff support and advise, they´re extremely responsive, accurate and easy to understand. Excellent team!
