After weeks trying to implement we still didn't have a product that we could use. Nothing worked as advertised and the process of trying to fix it became so time consuming that we had to put it on hold.
We requested that Wherewolf suspend the billing until the slow season when we would have more time to work with them toward creating a compatible product. They ignored that request, insisted that they delivered what was promised and continued to charge us. I was forced to contest the charges and subsequently threatened with additional fees. I do not know of any upside. I did not like anything about this. I looked at several online waiver systems and the salesperson presented it very well. It looked like it would really work for us. however this failed miserably . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. Had to buy new Ipads for this to work. The Ipad version will only show ONE guest at a time . then the system locks up at the end of the first person signing in. Then the Ipad is returned to our staff. we have to restart it then pass to the next guest. this gets repeated until 12 guests are really angry and rolling their eyes. People do NOT like this. If all the guests popped up it may work. but they don't. There is no way to check if the next trip is populated and filled out until they arrive. This only shows on the Desktop version.
Trying to get support is like pulling out hen's teeth . they keep saying email us the problem, when a simple phone call will work. we are not the experts at these systems .
They finally respond to your email 3 - 5 days later and don't understand why you are upset. they are in a different time zone and expect you to contact them during their normal business hours ( not yours ) .
They make contradictory comments such as the system is fully customizable. But it is NOT. you cannot customize this at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has reduced time for our staff as it integrates with our booking software Rezdy. All booking automatically get our waiver and covid-19 questionnaire prior to arrival. The best part is no more chasing and filling out paper forms, which is good for our business and great for environment. The onboarding team at wherewolf are based in NZ, easy to understand and great to work. I have been in adventure tourism for 22 years and wherewolf has been a game changer for us. The staff and support are top tier. If we ever have any queries they're able to brainstorm with us about the best solution that works for our business. Everything is streamlined so that I don't have to think about sorting and filing my waivers, and easy access to the analytics is a game changer for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customers can be a little fussy about filling out the waivers when they visit, because it takes a couple of minutes (they act like it's taken them an hour), but it helps us work out where to spend our advertising dollars. We have been using Wherewolf in our Queensland-based tourism business since 2017 and I can truly say that Wherewolf has been one of the easiest and pain-free platforms to deal with. The Wherewolf waiver app is extremely user friendly and allows our business to collect an abundance of information from each customer. The back office sections is helpful for recording information such as hire duration and security deposits and allows us to see real data, from country of origin to age ranges. The data trends have been used many times to justify our marketing expenses and assist our regional tourism body in determining visitation figures from year to year. The customer service that we receive is second-to-none. The team is extremely helpful and is happy to answer any questions and make changes as necessary. Natalie has been with us since day one and I can honestly say that she is a pleasure to deal with. With COVID this year, Wherewolf was beyond accommodating when our business was forced to shut down for a number of weeks. Wherewolf placed us in a hibernation plan and reduced our fees down to almost nothing (of course they are a business too, so they still need to be paid). This made things so much easier during such a tough time.

Nothing- they'll lie to you during your demo, then play you for your sign-up money, then change what they promise- leaving you with nothing but lost money and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Be wary. They promised SO munch more than they could actually do. I discovered this right after paying them $1,500 and since then, their "management" has been too busy to reply to me despite 10 or so emails. An employee will respond saying they'll look into it, but know that they'll suggest savings of hundreds of dollars a month if you use their product (such as Constant Contact), when in fact, they do not. Feel free to reach out to me personally for details. I own 5 escape rooms and have owned haunted houses for 20 years.
