In the event that an employee plugs in his/her own WO #, I wish there was a way that the program could recognize whether or not that WO # had previously been created/used, prevent the employee from using the duplicate #, and redirect him/her to create a new number. Wherefour is quite helpful in inventory and purchase order tracking. The user interface is quite easy to navigate and use- it's intuitive and easy to understand. Although it is easy to use, and the color and user interface is pretty well handled, for the uninitiated user it can be a little daunting. It's a double edged swords, of course, because you want the system to be robust with many functions. WhereFour is a great traceability tool with solid capabilities for inventory, recipe management, and cost control. The UI uses modern web tools which makes it easier to use than other older platforms. WhereFour is young compared to competitive platforms, so there are some features I wish worked a bit different and like ALL platforms has a few buggy things, but nothing that prevents you from getting the job done.
