The algorithms Wheelhouse uses are perfect for my short term rental business. Once set up, I can copy and paste my preferences to all my properties and get an easy advantage over competitors when offering the best prices on any given day. Charging 1% for each booking where the price is defined by Wheelhouse is exactly what I was looking for. If others charge more than 1%, this would be a deal breaker for me. Customer support has been easy so far. I use the pricing tool for each of my properties (i.e. daily?) and I'm not looking back to the times I didn't use it.
