They are very open to feedback and provide a hands-on and involved onboarding experience. I think the product works really well, and I have no complaints! More than enough dials and knobs to tweak for those interested, but it's also effective with defaults. I saw a substantial revenue increase (Airbnb's built-in pricing is far below market) and was able to dial in minimum stays per check-in day to optimize stay length and minimize turnovers. Incredible value for the price. When occasionally needed, support is super prompt and expert-level from the first interaction. **What do you dislike about Wheelhouse?** Advanced features, like comp sets and analytical tools, can be intimidating and require an investment of time to fully leverage and understand. I have easily made up the Wheelehouse cost in the increased rent I collect from my guests. Their customer service is excellent as well. They are great walking me through any questions or corrections that are needed. It maximizes the profitability of each of my properties, keeping rates competitive & occupancy consistently over 55%. So, you can trust that you're not leaving money on the table. The platform is also very user-friendly, but if you do need help, I've found that they are very responsive & happy to assist. **What do you dislike about Wheelhouse?** It is not mobile-optimized, so not easy to make updates from a cell phone. I wish that it could also be used with VRBO, but it is not yet compatible. Also, I wish Wheelhouse could be compatible with the Custom Promotion feature on Airbnb. They continue to make enhancements, so hopefully these updates are coming down the pike! We can make adjustments where we think it is required, which is a huge plus for us. We love looking at all the comparable data that Wheelhouse collects and compiles for you. **What do you dislike about Wheelhouse?** Honestly, we think the product is great. The only thing that we find not as useful is the performance measure of occupancy - it counts any day that you can't book because of the minimum night setting as occupied, which in our opinion is not a true reflection of occupancy. **What problems is Wheelhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** The market that our listing is in is very event-dependent, so the pricing varies greatly from week to week.
