I have experienced an issue where I have been banned for breaking the policies, of which I haven't. I have tried to contact them to get this issue resolved but there is no way to communicate with them. It should be simpler to integrate with Botpress. Having to create and approve forms to then receive information from Botpress makes it tedious and bureaucratic. Not having multiple users (for example: 1 for Bot and 1 for common use) makes it uninteresting. There is no native way to contact someone who is not yet on the contact list.
