Working with WhatFix employees has been a pleasure. They are responsive and partner with us to create effective solutions to our problems, taking the time to understand our requirements and wish list requests. Not so much of a 'dislike' as an 'in process', but the appearance of the tooltips can be sped up. Some of the customizability places the onus on the user so there is a bit of a learning curve, but it is completely manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy how easy it is to access Whatfix through the chrome extension. Since our product is constantly evolving, it's imperative that walkthrough flows are easy to create and edit. I am excited to explore the other features Whatfix offers. My experience interacting with Whatfix has been extremely pleasant, and they are always fast to reply and helpful. • Less loss production time.
• Software adoption time reduced.
• Reduced cost with less printing.
• No wasted time trying to find the documents to help you complete a task.
• Outdated training material – a thing of the past.
• Training time cost with shadowing employees is reduced.
• Reduced learning curve – I don’t need to know it all at first and then try to remember, this ushers in the new progressive way to train, learn as you go – with workflows providing the guiding hand – so you know it is done right the first time.
Whatfix is an incredible piece of software designed for business with the end user in mind. You don’t find that very often, many think it but few have pulled it off as good as Whatfix! We started with three platforms, quickly moved to five and about to add a few more. The biggest benefit is how easy it is for our employees to navigate through our systems and provide the correct information with the task at hand.
The overall success has been incredible over the last 82 days as we launched it on a brand new human capital system. We expected lots of phone calls to our help desk from our employee population of 90,000 plus and staffed it accordingly. The average calls we received a day turned out to be 17, then it dropped to 10, we moved staff around where they would be more productive after the first two weeks. All this because we recognized we needed something different to make this system launch a success. Bringing Whatfix onboard, having the workflows for the task they everyone needed to complete, knowing everyone’s needs would be different, made this system an important part of our strategy and this system accommodated all the request. To witness this launch was inspiring and the short adoption time of a new system was mind-blowing and it was because we invested in the Whatfix solution.
The system itself is incredibly easy to use with some basic training and the support site that is in place. Having the ability to quickly create video or PDF copies of the material if needed is a huge time saver and what really the ease of designing workflows, smart tips, task list, etc. is amazing.
The customer service is impeccable – the staff is very motivating, understanding, helpful, and just fantastic to work with. They go above and beyond to help us be successful and that includes helping us to think outside the box in varies ways to assist in communications to the field.
But, when I decided to start a Center of Excellence for the teams using Whatfix on our systems, the Whatfix team was so responsive and wanted to know what they could do to help. Apoorva Mittal has even had the fortunate experience to come speak to our new team. Listening, questioning and offering suggestions on how we might want to shape our future activities. Thank you Apoorva and to Shagun Vaish who keeps us going with our new system support every day. You guys ROCK!

The Customer Success team at Whatfix always responds quickly to our questions (usually within minutes), and in the rare case that they don’t have an answer to our questions, they bring their technical experts into the conversation without delay.
Whatfix enables us to create content without programming skills and deliver that content in line with users’ workflow (without them having to access an external resource, such as a knowledge bank or training course), without compromising the performance or security of the underlying application. Whatfix has difficulty anchoring to elements in our system. Their Customer Success team helped us find a solution, but it requires some extra work for each step in each flow, including the need to identify CSS selectors for the elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The walk through function allows a user to learn the steps while completing a task.

Whatfix allows us to create in-system guidance flows and self help -segments that give our customers the help they need clearly and fast. Creating content with Whatfix is easy and if you happen to need advice or help, Whatfix customer service is excellent. In some occasions visibility rules for flows and self help -segments are tricky to figure out. However, this is improved a lot with 'Intelligent segmentation'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
