What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix has a modern and userfriendly look and feel that brings a lot of additional value to the application. We installed whatfix on our Learning management system as we had many newcomers as administrators and whatfix helped them to master their key actions quickly. Whatfix support team is really responsive and dedicated to help you to set up and maintain your projects. Great tool served by a great team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Nothing in particular. For some complex applications it may be a bit tricky to set-up the flow as well but whatfix support team helped us to overcome those difficulties. 2 important point to check before implementing tools like whatfix:

_ check with the host application (in pour case the learning management system) is the possibility to add a javascript to its header

- check with your Security team restrictions allowing to add that a javascript can be temporaly opened (the time to install whatfix javascripts) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have huge volume of administrators to train regularly. Whatfix help them to perform their main task on the application and thus our support workload to these administrators has decreased a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Despite the expense of adding a training tool, we are saving money. Prior to Whatfix our training team (and payroll), grew proportional to our sales team. With WHatfix, we train more efficiently with fewer trainers. This allows the entire team to focu on sales growth. We save a lot of time and frustration with the ability to keep training materials updated in real time. Most importantly as an administrator, I can manage onboarding, analytics, and new Help Desk requests much easier now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Alot of times when you call into a customer support hotline, you get a rude answer, left feeling incompetent. That doesnt happen with Whatfix. Prakhar has been amazing to work with from the start. He always supplies us with a quick response or resolution to whatever is going on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

The platform is easy to use with a lot of valuable features. The ability to manipulate your flows and copy and modify them is very intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

WhatFix can be difficult to implement in some systems but that is not the fault of the WhatFix application. They have been very diligent and resourceful in coming up with ways to work around difficult to integrate with systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
