What do you like best about Whatfix?

My favourite feature of the Whatfix platform, is the the ability to quickly export Video and PDFs of created flows. This saves us a lot of time and is a great tool!

There is a lot of customisation available within the flows themselves too, including visual options, segmentation and branching steps. Another useful part of the platform is the “Smart Pop up”; we have utilised this to inform users of any changes to, required training and maintenance windows of our system. Again, very customisable, and easily automated.

The analytics within the Whatfix platform is very robust and we look forward to utilising it to improve our flow design.

It is important to mention the great support we have received from the Whatfix team. They have been very helpful and quick in responding to enquires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

We have come across a couple of minor issues with some features of the platform in adopting to our system, however, the Whatfix team has been very helpful and either offered solutions quickly or are working on solutions to these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Whatfix has helped us with onboarding and easily updating users of important information about our system.

The ability to group relevant flows to certain sections of our system, into the self-help widget as well as being able to create folders, input text info and have flow videos available to the user, has helped with the onboarding process. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Adopting the Whatfix digital solution immediately solved BeerBoard’s lack of a support solution within the SmartBar functionality. SmartBar users now had a location to go to within the platform for a knowledge base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Their analytics reports have been quite useful, but it would be beneficial to receive automated analytics reports. If we were able to receive an e-mail daily, weekly, or monthly with the information available in the analytics tab, that would be incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Again, adopting the Whatfix digital solution immediately solved BeerBoard’s lack of a support solution within the SmartBar functionality. What do you like best about Whatfix?

How easy & simple it is to create material, the turnaround for finished articles is very easy and therefore support is provided when needed rather than waiting until a system is already embedded and bad habits are learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I wish the analytics were more in depth within Whatfix rather than having to use GA. It would be nice to have one area to get all the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have a plan of how what you want to produce, how you want to produce it and what your time frames are. Try different Whatfix solutions to see the best way to roll something out, there's not just one way to do something. Enjoy it, explore and make the most of it. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Working with the WhatFix Team, specifically Nikhil has been amazing. He is always available and willing to help. Now that we are live in production, we see that the the flow are working and that sales is actually utilizing the application. We are able to use the metrics to see what flows are most used and which flows sales would like for us to build. It was also very easy for adoption to get on board with building the flows. What do you dislike about Whatfix?

Sometimes when we download to the Chrome Store it can take several days. Nihkil assured us that this is being worked on and that in a few short months we will no longer have to download to the Chrome Store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

Whatfix offers an impressive suite of digital adoption tools in a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to pick up, learn, and start creating.

We couldn't ask for a better Customer Success Manager; responsive, proactive and solution-oriented. She takes the time to understand your business and product and provides guidance appropriately.

The Development and Support team have also been exceptional. They have been quick to provide solutions and have worked patiently to resolve our unique industry issues.

Problems Whatfix is helping us solve:

(1) provide learning resources to our users at their time of need

(2) orient users to new features and screens

(3) inform users of changes in new releases

(4) walk users through complex tasks while they're doing the tasks

(5) serve up relevant help resources inside our software

The most helpful thing about Whatfix is their easy-to-use platform. Building training content has never been easier. No more screenshots pasted into powerpoint, no more calls to walk users through functionality - Whatfix flows can be built anytime, anywhere and be ready to deploy the same day a request for training came in. What do you like best about Whatfix?

Working in whatfix is very easy, creating flows is a logical process. The customer success team was very helpful, always quickly responding and well-experienced to answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing specific, in one occasion the software fix was 'live' and the InnoEnergy team wasn't informed yet. This made the status of the error & the fix untransparent to the dev. team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Whatfix?

I like that it's easy to create content and that the front end users can have access to a wide variety of content including documents, videos, interactive flows, and more. In our line of work our users are required to navigate quickly and be able to recall a wealth of information. This helps new hires become proficient sooner and allows everyone easy access to material in their moment of need. It's easy to build material in the application, and it's comforting to know that if you get stuck that their customer service is there to help you through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Whatfix?

I haven't come across anything to really dislike as they've been very receptive to our ideas on how to improve Whatfix as we bring them up. Since I do not have a tech background (I'm an insurance learning and performance specialist) the more complex items such as branching are sometimes difficult for me to grasp, but I think with a little more time and help those won't be difficult either. Two things I would like to see are the ability to add search keywords to links and the ability to add in line breaks to personalize the message that the user sees when there are no search results found more. What problems is Whatfix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Whatfix to introduce new processes to our associates. Our system is always being updated, so this allows us to give them the on demand, real production help they are looking for. We have realized that not only are we using it for step by step processes, but also as a way to teach concepts during onboarding and the day to day jurisdictional items that they need. It takes some time getting used to how to create the flows, but once you get the hang of it you can create them rather quickly. I would guesstimate about 30 minutes to do a 10 step straight forward flow. If I'm uploading a link it's about a 2 minute process, so it has allowed me to add about 150 items in a very short amount of time. I anticipate that once we have our library built we'll have about 250 items available to our associates in just this one system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
