The responsiveness of the Customer Success team (specifically working with Prakhar Saxena) as well as Whatfix's willingness to understand and attempt to address pain points. We have been using whatfix for some time and these are some of the benefits that we have achieved with this software.The main benefit that we have had with whatfix is that now we save a lot of time with our clients since we create content that explains what we do. We can have a number of formats available and they are updated if we make any changes to each one now, thanks to whatfix, our support tickets have been greatly reduced and our clients are being guided step by step, we also like that your customer service is always the most attentive and cordial since they are interested in you and in guiding you to solve the doubts you have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatfix makes it extremely easier to provide content specific user guides to our users.
Their customer support team is always good at providing best use case solutions. Specifically working with Shashank Diwedi, Customer Success Manager is quick and prompt in responding ,providing solutions and addressing pain points.
Another platform "Smart pop up" is very useful, we have used this to inform users about anything that needs immediate attention. The newer templates of Smart pop -up's has simplified this process and increased work efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we raise issues, What fix taken time to provide new solution's. Using Whatfix in complex applications is a bit tricky to set- up flows ,but with support teams help we were able to overcome those difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The WhatFix staff are highly professional, personable and always a pleasure to deal with. The training they provided on using the tool to create widgets was detailed and thorough, and their technical support team has come through for us time and time again. I really have no complaints about the WhatFix staff or software; the only thing I wish I had more of was time to work in the tool myself, but that responsibility falls on other members of my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whatfix excels in customer success. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting the most out of the product and that we are seeing a strong ROI. They have a great product that has significantly reduced the time we spend training and onboarding end-users. Workflows are easy to set up and use. Their onboarding checklists have been extremely valuable.

Because the product is clean and easy to use, there is a limitation on customizing colors and shapes of the pop-ups. This only becomes a problem when we need to add elements of our own branding such as gradients or removing the Whatfix brand. Other than that they have three different styles to choose from. that keep your interface clean and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
