Whatfix is great for on-boarding new users. The ability to sync or KB articles is very helpful in continuing to keep content up to date. Their support team is also very helpful and available to assist in any way we may need and keep us in the loop of new Whatfix features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really a downside of Whatfix itself, but as a small company it can be hard to find the time to dedicate to using the software to the best of its abilities. There are many things that we have not had the chance to utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whatfix has give a Great Support, Helpful and Fast Solution.
Shashank is the Customer Success Manager in Whatfix that work with us, He is fast response, easy to work with, supportive and solution oriented.
He takes the time to understand the business and constantly want to give the best support to improve it.
The Development and Support Team have also been so helpful,They have been quick to provide the solutions and always try to improve the system to make it user friendly.

Whenever We're had an issue lacks or bugs in the System ,Whatfix has taken time to understand our problem ans provide us a new solution.
When there is problem with data that need to fix or improve the accuracy data, The Customer manager and the Developer takes the time to discuss and take consideration of what we as user need.

Whatfix is very versatile and very easy to use and understand even if you don´t have a technical background.

I like the scalability of Whatfix as a system. I started using Flows for walkthrus and once my team was used to those I layered in Task Lists to ensure items were getting done in the proper order.
