I've been using Whalesync since its early days, and am a big champion of it. For those of who use best-in-class SaaS tools like Airtable, Webflow and Shopify, the one downside can often be the lack of integration—and especially live syncing—between the tools of choice. As a non-coder, Whalesync allows the tech-savvy non-coders amongst us to create solutions like a back-end content organization tool linking Airtable and Webflow, or a multi-platform e-commerce site using Shopify, Webflow and Airtable—and now many other platforms, like Google Sheets and Zoho CRM.
What I love about the tool is the per-field sync controls, the ability to pause different sync sets (such as when you're doing a lot of editing and don't want to send incomplete data) and the ability to do some important workarounds with tools like Airtable (such as converting Rich Text fields to HTML).
It was easy to set up the connections between my tools. The best feature of all is the robust support—for example, most sync pairings with Airtable have starter templates available, detailed guides for various field types, and the like. Matt and the rest of the team do a great job of helping troubleshoot any unsual errors with great turnaround time. This is one of the few early-ish-stage startups I actually trust enough to build my business around. I use the tool every day, but only touch it every couple of months because it's so stable. Every now and then—super rare—a syncing error will occur between Webflow and Airtable (seemingly always caused by Webflow). The error message from the API in questions doesn't always make a lot of sense to me. For example, if you don't know the file size limit for Webflow's image field, and try to sync a file from Airtable which is too large for it, that record—and only that record—wil fail to sync. But generally reaching out to the support team quickly helps decipher the error codes and if it hasn't been discovered before, they they update Whalesync's support docs and/or error messages to better explain the problem for those of us who aren't super-technical. Whalesync has completely transformed how we manage content on our website. By seamlessly syncing Webflow with Notion, it gives us a full view and complete control over our CMS, which was previously difficult to manage at scale. What we love most is how it allows us to easily organize, update, and manage content in Notion—our main project management tool—without having to manually jump between platforms. The two-way sync saves us countless hours and minimizes errors, ensuring our content stays accurate and up-to-date across systems. It’s a simple but incredibly effective solution for managing complex Webflow collections, and it’s made a huge difference in streamlining our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that we didn’t discover it sooner! While Whalesync works great for most cases, we have some particularly messy CMS collections in Webflow with numerous custom fields, and mapping every single field into Notion isn't always straightforward. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s something to keep in mind if you have a more advanced or highly customized setup. That said, their customer support is fantastic, and they’ve been quick to help us with any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whalesync provides a 2-way sync, which is something that Zapier cannot do, but is crucial for the type of business that I run.
I mostly use Whalesync to sync records from airtabel in real-time to Webflow sites. This feature can nearly turn a Webflow site into a web-app, because it allows you to connect a database of record to a front-end, and have it update automatically.
Without Whalesync, I truly would not be able to do some of the projects I need to do as a freelance no-code web designer/developer.
It's very simple to set up Whalesync in about 5 minutes, and get your sync working immediately. Very easy to integrate with the tools they currently integrate with.
Also, the Whalesync team/founder are almost always available in the chat window and respond to me within 30 minutes on average, which is fantastic.
I rely on Whalesync literally every single day! And it never goes down. Highly recommend this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used to think that the UI/UX needed some work, but they recently overhauled that and it seems much better now!
My main issue is that you cannot sync an Airtable table without making it public. In my experience the password protection feature is finicky at best. I wish they would allow you to connect an Airtable database without having to make it public and providing a public link.
I also wish they would add more integrations at a bit of a faster pace. Hopefully they will be able to do that in the future now that the big refreshed UI/UX push is out of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whalesync has transformed the way I (and my clients) manage website data. Its integration with Airtable and Webflow could not be more seamless, and it has made our workflows incredibly efficient. The sync is fast and reliable, making it a rare powerhouse for anyone looking to keep data perfectly in sync without any hassle whatsoever. (Also, customer service is great!) It would be great to see indivudal sync toggles for tables or even fields, so that some tables could be temporarily disabled while other tables/fields continued to sync (currently an entire base must either be Actively syncing or Disabled). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whalesync lets us connect Airtable, Notion, and Webflow. After setting it up which took about half an hour, it just runs on its own. Completely different than Zapier which used to use but would often fail or I’d spent time trying to track down errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint is I wish Whalesync had more integrations available. The ones they have are really great for our use case, but they only have about 20. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
WhaleSync has been a game-changer for data syncing. Especially between AirTable and Salesforce. Previously, I was struggling to keep my data consistent across multiple tools, but WhaleSync simplified the entire process. The setup was intuitive, and we were able to sync data between Airtable and our CRM seamlessly in minutes. What I love most is that it requires absolutely no coding—perfect for someone like me who isn’t a developer but still needs powerful data integration. Way easier to use than Zapier in my opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing negative to say! This is really a great product that I love using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before discovering Whalesync I dreaded most bulk data automation requirements for projects due to the complexity, limitations, and poor error resolution capabilities of tools like Zapier, but with Whalesync that all feels like a thing of the past. Setup is fast, inevitable errors are clear and quick to resolve, and its saved me countless hours of time over the past couple years of using it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While knowing Whaleysnc is still growing, it will be helpful when there are even more connectors available, or even more ideally an open ended API connector to make it possible to sync from nearly any app or service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the two-way sync. It is the only tool we could find that could handle syncing Salesforece and google sheets both ways. Additionally, Whalesync customer support goes above and beyond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could invite my teammates to Whalesync. I can only have one user per account but apparently this is something they are working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whalesync has been a huge time saver for us as we use it to 2 way sync Webflow and Airtable. We are seeing way less data errors and troubleshooting has been much improved, lending to a vastly improved syncing experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind, I am excited for Whalesync to further its integrations with additional CRM platforms like Monday.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whalesync has replaced many of the fragile parts of our tech stack, and now we can build on top of a very reliable data syncing engine. We use it to power programmatic SEO for our website, and to sync data between tools that increase productivity in our business (such as Notion <-> Airtable). Whalesync is super easy-to-use, intuitive, and most importantly, RELIABLE (unlike other fragile connector solutions like Zapier and Make). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind - the customer service is essentially instant. Half the time, I don't know if I'm working with a human or an AI agent given the response time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
