Quick and easy overview of all the sections into the different sections of Whale, there is a good overview of all the sections within Whale and you can use the tag words easy and the search engine is working great too and it is easy and quick to add new notes and links into the whale sections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice to make more sub categories under another "sub categories" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We struggled the most with keeping our SOPs up to date and relevant, with Whale and their chrome extension we found it so much easier to keep in context with each procedure as the team member was completing the task (then if they changes or suggestions for updating) they are just a click away.
Their onboarding workflow is really simple to use as well, once we set it up, we just invite the new user to the group and a date to work in and boom, employee onboarding solved. There is also one other cool feature where we have team members looking for internal documents, Whale has a smart reporting feature to show what is missing so our team can create that next document (I haven't seen this elsewhere). There are some features within the text editor that can be updated including how the font characters can be selected. But this is nothing to write home about. I would like to see more options around EOS as this is growing in popularity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whale is really great for us! It is super easy to make information available to many users which is crucial when you have a fully remote company with users in many different timezones! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isnt much to dislike about Whale, truly! If I was to nitpick, they could work on getting some more integrations available with the platform (like to be able to insert items from Jira, Asana, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy way to have all processes, procedures, and know-how in general in a centralized app. The look and feel are amazing and always you are able to find anything quickly and easily. The support team is amazing too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have two recommendations: 1- Price. Whale is a tool that every team member should have access to. It could be expensive for teams with a little budgets. 2- I would like a tool to make flow diagrams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is very friendly and helps you break up the material into easier-to-learn chunks. It's an awesome way to structure training material and my team has had a good time using it so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing I've seen that might be considered a downside is that there is no sorting option. This isn't a big deal but it means I have to manually put playbooks in alphabetical order if that's what I"m looking to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Whale is so easy to set up! It takes some time to figure out the structure you want but once you have that figured out, the real fun begins! The Whale team guides you every step of the way. Especially our Customer Success Manager, Stino, is very helpful. He is very responsive! It doesn't matter what time of day it is for him, since he's based in Belgium, you can expect him to answer you within a couple of hours not minutes. Now we finally have a place where our users can look up processes without asking themselves if it is the correct one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far! Whale is very intuitive & easy to set up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface if Use whale is quite simplest and easy to use. Onboarding exercises and videos are super cool. you Don't need to Jump in here and there. It start assigning you tasks by it self which is the best thing about Usewhale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since I am using it for a month but I was surprised to find nothing ambiguous. I tried multiple features from different platforms and tried to find out all of them in Usewhale and luckily i found all of them at a single place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whale provides a comprehensive KMS/LMS for companies to provide a structured solution for training, onboarding, standard operating procedures and designed in a way to easily build out, add content, and assign ownership to SMEs. It provides built in tools, and the Whale team is very open to feedback on how to enhance and improve its product/platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i don't see any downsides. i do think having different levels of contributors, and admins would be helpful to manage content creation, users, and admins. today there's only two options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Search functionality works great. Fact that we can analyze query's in order to add more knowledge works brilliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The weekly digest mails seem a bit childish to me using all these emoticons/ emoji's.
I like the informal approach as opposed to super formal. But this is a bit overdone in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
