Whale allows for a neat and organized place to document all processes and procedures. It allows us to quickly and easiely update processes and training documents to ensure that everyone is using the most up to date process. Very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whale is a user-friendly application that makes it easy to create training flows. The drag-and-drop interface allows users to quickly and easily add content, such as text, images, videos, and quizzes. We see Whale as our digital assistant. When the subject matter expert is not around, Whale is there to replace the SME and answer questions of employees.

We have had small editing issues with font and such. We also need more permission levels. Right now only an admin can do certain things such as create quizzes however we don't want the people who can create quizzes to have acces to everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest dislike of Whale is not being able to copy and past and make everything the same font type and size. It is a hassle to have to copy current SOP's into a word document and add the update we need to and make everything the same font and size and copy it back into Whale.
