It supports how different teams naturally communicate rather than asking everyone to fit into one template. The other thing I love is the way it pulls training and documentation into the same ecosystem. Instead of living in separate tool silos, our content, our training, and our reviews all sit in one place. It makes our knowledge base feel alive instead of archived. What problems is Whale solving and how is that benefiting you? Whale is solving the problem of scattered knowledge. Before, our processes lived in a mix of tools, docs, screenshots, half written notes, and whatever people kept in their heads. It made onboarding slow, it made consistency a coin toss, and it put way too much pressure on the people who knew the most. Whale gives me one place to build and store the way we work. It keeps everything tidy, searchable, and actually usable. When someone needs to learn something, they don’t have to come find me or hunt down the person who remembers the process. It cuts down on the back and forth, helps prevent information bottlenecks, and takes a lot of weight off my plate. It also helps our teams grow because they aren’t guessing or reverse engineering how something is supposed to go. They can look things up, follow clean steps, and feel more confident doing the work. There have been a few glitches with the system, where we're unable to login and access. It has happened a handful of times, which can be a little inconvenient. That’s exactly what we’re aiming for, so you can just find what you need without overthinking it. On the login issues, completely fair to call that out. We did have an IT hiccup on our side that caused a few of those moments, and honestly, we could have caught it sooner. That’s on us. The good news is it’s been addressed, and we’re keeping a much closer eye on it now. Really glad to hear Whale is helping you get answers quickly and acts as that central source of knowledge for your team. That’s where it should shine.
