Im going to begin by saying that it is such a user-friendly tool. Great for companies that are beginning to document and keep control of their SOPs, policies, work instructions, etc. In other words, this is a tool that im sure is going to be great if you want to establish a documentation culture in your company. I was presented by Whale's team all the features that they have to offer (so this is not something that I dislike), so I knew from the beginning that something that would be great to have in the following months is the option to create approval routes and maybe also to create more document structural levels. Whale gives me a place to document my business processes that is accessible by my whole team. If I need my team to review a process, the process can be assigned and each team members completion can be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Copying old forms that were created in Word or other programs is a little clunky. Reformatting these forms can frustrating. It is easy to just rebuild them from scratch or they can be linked through a Google drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
