How would you rate your experience with WFM Adapter for Genesys Cloud?
it enables us to view our staff and deploy schedules and manage leave Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the associated Tempo app can be difficult to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Regarding Avtex, it is so easy to configure. The PS resource knowledge is great , willing to work with us on weekends and offhours too. All Agents states are captured.
WFM Adapter works with variety of WFM systems like Aspect, Verint, Collabrio etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documentation and Paperwork with Avtex via AppFound of Genesys took long, Avtex legal team is not that cooperative and have to go to them through Genesys marketplace. Avtex is missing some more WFM integrations like Pipkins etc which is not currently in thier roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
