Our organization enjoys using WEX Benefits for consolidating admin accounts, which is really helpful. The customer support is top tier! We love the ease of use of the systems, particularly the admin portals, and appreciate that it is user-friendly for both admins and employees. The reporting system is a favorite of ours, and we find that being able to upload employee contributions and manage employee accounts from the admin side of things is very valuable. We also connected WEX Benefits with our Benefits Admin portal for easy data syncing. The initial setup was easy as well, as the Implementation team handled most of the heavy-lifting. There are times when the Benefits Analytics and Reports tabs are clunky and slow to load. This happens during high peak usage times (specifically, the last or first day of the month). I've used Wex over 10 years at my last 2 jobs for Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts and COBRA administration. All plans are easy to administer through the employer portal, and the annual renewal process is extremely simplified as well. If you don't have many changes year-over-year, the renewal is as simple as updating the rates. The COBRA portal is easy to navigate as well and there are plenty of standard reports to export data as well for auditing purposes. What I like best about Wex is our assigned Account Representative. I've been at my current job for over 5 years and we've had the same representative. He's smart, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions or escalate needs. Reporting - reports are often confusing, especially on the FSA side. Lack of a rep to email or talk to makes solving issues frustrating and difficult. We frequently have billing issues where our payments are not applied and it takes multiple attempts to get the issue resolved. I appreciate that using WEX Benefits is simple for both us as employers and for our employees. The website and the app are straightforward, with excellent reporting that helps save time during employee onboarding. I find the employee app super simple, providing all necessary information at one's fingertips, including reimbursements for payments made from different sources. From the employer side, I would like to be able to change an employee's 'employee number.' If we rehire an employee in a different division, they get a new employee number and WEX Benefits does not currently allow us to change this in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like my previous selections for all areas of the renewal to roll over to the next year. I would prefer to just confirm details are the same verses reenter the same information each year. I like that WEX Benefits is hassle-free. The cards always work, and the claims administration is very simple for our employees. As the Controller, I never have to worry about billing. I'd like better ongoing visibility on FSA abandoned funds. Currently, I only receive reporting after the plan year has ended and only upon request.
