
I appreciate the management of HSA & FSA. It alleviates the manual work for my HR team by having our HRIS send a file to WEX to inform of payroll and employee contributions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything. 1) The COBRA platform is slower than molasses running uphill. 2) The COBRA platform does not have detailed ACTIVE vs INACTIVE participant - I have to dig to find out what last communications were last sent. 3) ALL COBRA reports are outdated. 4) Our carriers receive incorrect information for active participants - as in cancelling someone who should be active. 5) WEX Customer Service takes '5-7 days' to respond; however, truly takes over two weeks to respond. 6) How to solve FSA / HSA balance or contribution errors needs to be changed or clarified.
