**What do you like best about Western Computer?**

I find Western Computer's strong expertise in Business Central and their client-focused approach to be key strengths. Their responsiveness and reliable support, combined with a structured project delivery, help ensure successful outcomes. I appreciate how Conner and Alan really know their stuff and make learning fun. They made the transition to Business Central as smooth as it could be. The word associations they used made it easy to remember, and their knowledge of the program made explaining the difference between QBO and Business Central easy. The process with Business Central has also streamlined handling customer payments and payments to vendors, creating remarkable efficiencies within the organization.

**What do you dislike about Western Computer?**

It wasn't great that we switched project managers mid project, but things happen.

**What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Western Computer has streamlined our receivables process with Business Central, enhancing efficiency in handling payments. Their expertise in Business Central and a client-focused approach ensures smooth transition and reliable support.

How knowledgeable, personable, and patient the team is with not only myself, but our entire team.

**What do you dislike about Western Computer?**

Honestly, there hasn't been a single unfavorable experience. The team is always responsive even when our usual POC is out of pocket.

**Recommendations to others considering Western Computer:**

Highly recommend! I am by no means an IT expert and took on the role as default IT person. The amount I've learned through interactions with the WC team in the last year alone outpaces the years of doing this on my own. Not only has my knowledge increased, but their willingness to take on projects that are befitting their team has allowed our team to focus on projects that suit our strengths. We've 100% become a more efficient and productive group since we partnered with Western Computer.

**What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Western Computer team has been extremely helpful in getting our cyber defenses up and running in a timely manner. Besides that very important task, they have taken the lead on setting up and distributing equipment to our users that are located all over the country. Before we partnered with Western Computer, our IT infrastructure was less than basic. We now have the proper protocols in place to protect us from sophisticated attacks, and the WC team is continuing to help us organize and strengthen our environment even more.

The professional services group is very helpful for our DB issues, and they have some awesome functional consultants.

Time difference on the support side can cause some delays.

**Recommendations to others considering Western Computer:**

Western is priced reasonably compared to others on the market. They allow a lot of flexibility when it comes to what projects and how you want them to take it on - we had them assist with report dev in a limited capacity, and they have done a good job helping us move the needle forward more in an assist capacity than a full on project. Additionally, we have had them assist with managing dev and working with ISV solutions, they have done a great job managing those instances and helping advocate for us as an org.

So far, I have not encountered any drawbacks to working with Western Computer. We are currently in the midst of our transition, and they have been both accessible and forward-thinking, offering clear timelines and setting expectations. Although the transition process is time-consuming, it is evident that they have streamlined it to efficiently address every aspect.

I'm not certain about the full range of services Western Computer provides, but I do know that if you're seeking a fantastic team to help you navigate the transition to Business Central, you won't be disappointed!

I love how Kersten handles all aspects of IT support with ease, from setting up new users with all the necessary needs to addressing technical support issues for hardware. The processes run smoother with the necessary changes. The expertise and knowledge of the team are impressive, and they're so easy to talk to. They understand exactly what I'm talking about and never talk above my knowledge, which is something I absolutely appreciate. The team's quick responses and their strong understanding make them stand out. I rate the likelihood of recommending Western Computer as a 10 out of 10.

Alan Lyczkoski and Conner Higgins were exceptional resources during the implementation of Business Central. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and available, and they are just good humans. Working with them would encourage me to continue our partnership with Western Computer.

Western Computer trained us on Business Central and helped transfer financials from QuickBooks. Their representatives were knowledgeable and available when needed.

We have retained the same consultants who have spent (at this point) years learning our business process, needs and our stakeholders.

I do not have any downsides - Western Computer has been great to work with.

Western Computing has helped with our U.S. ERP Implementation. Shortly after our go-live for the U.S. we began another ERP implementation for our Brazilian office. We were able to utilize the same consultants to assist with this process and essentially protect or Global process and speak up when our Brazil vendor may be making changes that effects our Global configurations. The Western consultants have done an excellent job in this regard. 

Additionally, a Western Consultant has recently stepped in to assist us with our Importation issues with importing an Item to Brazil and has been fantastic to work with from a Requirements, Process, and communication perspective to our business stakeholders.

If you are looking to partner with a company whose consultants are genuinely knowledgeable and committed to delivering results for their clients, Western Computer is an option that I can't recommend highly enough.

We had the pleasure of working with DeAndra Wolf from Western Computer on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This was a major project for our company, involving not only the rollout of a completely new business management and financial system but also the complex task of merging data from our legacy Access database and tailoring the platform to fit our specific operational needs.
In the past, we’ve worked with several consultants who, unfortunately, never delivered what we needed. DeAndra was the first consultant who truly got the job done — and done right. From the very beginning, her professionalism, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence set her apart. She guided us through every phase of the implementation with clarity and confidence, ensuring each step was completed accurately and on schedule.
The data migration alone was a major undertaking — bringing together our quoting, shipping and receiving, job tracking, and manual purchasing processes into one unified system. For the first time, we now have a fully functional purchasing system and all of our critical job information in one place, accessible to everyone who needs it.
Our team had always loved our old Access database, but now they love Business Central even more. With all of our information integrated into one seamless system, everything is easier to access, manage, and analyze. The improvement in efficiency and visibility across our operations has been remarkable.
Thanks to DeAndra’s dedication, our Business Central system is fully implemented, fully integrated, and already proving to be a tremendous asset to our team.

We really have not had any issues with Western Computer.  However, it does seem like there is a more effective way to communicate their billing.

Cost is still high and wish it wouldn't be so but in regards to the service and expertise it aligns

Reach out and ask questiions, dont be afraid to work with a new company, they probably have so much information that you are unaware of..

WC has helped our company in many ways; by being supportive, having caring staff that gets back to you and works with you to see the end result come out the way you want it. If it's a long tern project you get staff that is familiar with your business, your techniques, your reporting and for those reasons alone I would recommend WC.

**What do you dislike about Western Computer?**

Running project planning through their Microsoft tenant and not my company's Microsoft tenant is a bit annoying since it means I need to switch logins to check things, but I think this is standard practice for everyone in this field.

**Recommendations to others considering Western Computer:**

They do an amazing job; they will assist you as you discover your own project scope (oftentimes you don't realize what you need/want until you start working) and ensure that you find a solution that works for your business needs and syncs well with the capabilities of Business Central.

**What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developing/deploying Business Central for one of my locations, and working with the other location to fold it into that same combined Business Central environment.

**What do you like best about Western Computer?**

DeAndra's knowledge and responsiveness. She always gets back to us promptly so we can keep moving forward.

Not applicable - I can't think of a thing that I could complain about.

**What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We lost our old ERP when our server crashed in October, and had to start from scratch with a new system. While it's been a challenge over the months, our project manager, DeAndra, has been wonderful in walking us through processes whenever we encounter an obstacle. Going live while building and learning the system was certainly not easy, but I believe she made it as absolutely painless as possible.

Responsiveness, and a team that is able to understand and comprehend the physical and logistical needs of our business. Business analysis skills and well as the technical aspect of the software. Keeping commitments to us on response times, and prioritizing  our needs in times of need.

Sometimes, certain resources are in high demand, and lower priority issues may have a delay.

**Recommendations to others considering Western Computer:**

Spend extra time in the planning phase and determine how everything will impact your business. Make sure to have clear expectations on the services that are included with projects, and the TCO.

**What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a manufacturing company in Southern Californa. Western has helped up deploy and develop our ERP solutions that work within our business needs. WMS, EDI, Credit Card Processing, Financials, Web integrations have all been handled as our business needs grew and developed.

Lisa, I liked working with Lisa the best. She was extremely helpful. She walked us through every procedure and was extremely patient when addressing our questions. She provided us with her personal cell phone number and is always available to hop on teams to help us resolve an issue.

**What do you dislike about Western Computer?**

The only downside is implementing a new software. Its time consuming and frustrating.

**What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to streamline several of our processes and procedures.  What used to take house, can now be imported in minutes.
