They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always quick to respond, and very patient with our questions—even when we asked the same questions more than once. **What do you dislike about Western Computer?** Our team did not have any 'dislikes' about Western. **Recommendations to others considering Western Computer:** Ask for Alan and Conner!! Best implementation team around! We already miss them (our Hypercare ended a few days ago). I’d recommend that anyone closely follow the timeline for training and UAT, and make sure to complete any assigned tasks before the next meeting. Doing our due diligence—showing up to each meeting with tasks finished and questions prepared—really helped Western support us in the best way possible. **What problems is Western Computer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Western led the implementation of Business Central (BC) for our company on a very short timeline. With our new ownership requiring the move to BC, having Western at the helm took all of the planning, organization, and coordination of the implementation and training off our plate. The team is always responsive even when our usual POC is out of pocket. **Recommendations to others considering Western Computer:** Highly recommend! I am by no means an IT expert and took on the role as default IT person. The amount I've learned through interactions with the WC team in the last year alone outpaces the years of doing this on my own. Not only has my knowledge increased, but their willingness to take on projects that are befitting their team has allowed our team to focus on projects that suit our strengths. Shortly after our go-live for the U.S. we began another ERP implementation for our Brazilian office. We were able to utilize the same consultants to assist with this process and essentially protect or Global process and speak up when our Brazil vendor may be making changes that effects our Global configurations. The Western consultants have done an excellent job in this regard.
