It's a good mechanism for interacting with folks from everywhere in the world. Highly recommended for international travel because it is widely utilised. Sending information back and forth is a process in our company, and utilising this app is beneficial because we have a time difference of more than a day. There is still a learning curve with the platform, and going around the app for the first time can be challenging for some users.
