very easy to operate with their interactive UI, Implementation is very efficient and hastlefree. The Ui is so simple that the intervention of the customer support is very minimal. WellSaid allows to create best automated voice overs to our text based scripts with various avatars to choose from. It is easier to use and quality of audio is well suited to the real world audience. The voices generated are natural sounding, complete with pauses for breaths and all. It's hard to find any better sounding text-to-speech generators out there. There are a lot of accents to choose from, and you can customise the pronunciation of each word.

Update: Half a year ago, this may have been true. Currently there are a lot of better options. The competition has not only caught up, but has far surpassed Wellsaid Labs. Sad to see such a great product just stay stagnant for years on end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is more of a good-to-have, WellSaid would be near perfect if we could set the inflection or intonation to each word/sentence. Some other text-to-speech software have implemented this, but their base quality is no way near Well Said Labs.

WellSaid is incredibly easy to use even for this non-tech savvy gal. I have listened to end products from other text to voice programs and it's not as good in my opinion. I have not worked with the pronunciation feature much and so that is my only dislike as I don't understand how to use that feature when the avatar pronounces a word incorrectly. I have used Wellsaid Studios for my last four elearning projects. Wellsaid Studio has some of the most naturally sounding AI voices. it is as simple as copying my script into the generator, and pressing play! I can make changes to pronunciation and pacing easily, and then download the audio file in multiple formats.

Wellsaid is constantly adding new, diverse voices, to give users the ability to choose the voices that fit their needs. They are always looking to grow and improve the user experience. While there is some customization in the speech, it can be limitting at times. I would like to see more features around customization and pacing of speech.
