I produce YouTube videos, and before WellSaid, I would do the voiceovers myself. Dong the voiceovers myself meant lots of re-recordings that lasted for hours at times. With WellSaid, I paste the script, and it does the voiceover quickly and effectively.

This is a hard one as I enjoy using the service tremendously. If there is one dislike, it would have to be ensuring the pronunciations of certain words are accurate to how a human speaks.
