**What do you like best about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

We integrated with Welligent in 2017 and have been using the program throughout all of our platforms successfully. The support is top-notch, and Welligentis is a family that works with the client to solve and brainstorm problems and new ideas. We also love the Wish List ability at Welligent - it is good to be heard and recognized for our new ideas on how to make the system even better.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

Welligent is a developing company, and there are still growing pains that affect the system's day-to-day operations. But I know with their dedication and open thought processes, they will exceed.

**Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

Welligent is a fantastic company, and all of the people are so helpful and pleasant. The system itself seems complicated, but with time and patience, our clinicians are thriving and work processes and productivity have increased tenfold.

The best advice I can give is when implementing Welligent is to include all departments that will be affected by Welligent in the team when developing your system. This includes from the beginning of the intake all the way to accounts receivable. And make sure that the equipment you have the clinicians use is sufficient for the work they will be doing.

**What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problems are continual, but the customer support team at Welligent is always available and willing to work with us in order to streamline our procedures. The biggest problem we encountered was the billing aspect and how difficult it was to set up and reach the insurance companies correctly. Being in PA, our billing is complex, but Welligent worked with us continually until all our problems were solved.

**What do you like best about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

I like that the system is user-friendly. We currently don't have any staff that has an issue using Welligent. I also like a lot of the recent updates.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

Welligent is great when it comes to customization, but there are many things that we want to improve for our agency that Welligent cant do. For example, it took Welligent over a year to customize our treatment plan that we paid for, only for Welligent to turn around and make the changes unilaterally across all systems anyway. It felt like a waste of money. We can't customize our productivity reports to factor in holidays, which I'm sure happens at other agencies. We can't customize notifications or the setup page for screening tools. We are willing to pay, but we were told that if it's not a part of the road map, then it can't be done.

Welligent solves our problems of revenue. We know how much is coming into our agency based on the reports. The reports are very informative and are also updated.

The reports that are offered. There are so many different ones that can be so useful.

I am used to a different EHR (SanWits) so some things seem a little counterintuitive, but I am learning.

**What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Welligent is still very  new for our agency, so we are still working out the bugs, and there is still a lot of training happening. However, I have found many features in Welligent that are very beneficial to out programs.

User Interface is quite friendly for not-so-technical users. Easy to adapt by Business Users, Clinical staff, and Providers.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

I am a technical user of Welligent for 4+ years now, knows the nerves and bones of it. It has the appetite for corrections and validations to be put on multiple screens. Many of the advanced functionalities are half tested. There are gaps in codes; some of them are elementary mistakes.

**What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping the frontend users, i.e., Clinicians, Healthcare Providers in making the best utilization of data collected from clients to provide appropriate treatment and healthcare services, and to make best data driven decisions for making health care processes better everyday and enhancing the client experience.

**What do you like best about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

Having access to a chart virtually and having data available easily.  Being able to use reports for a variety of different needs.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

When the welligent server is down, information you are typing is lost and all the work has to be retyped.  When the server is down unexpectedly, you are unable to get your paperwork done at all.  Too many steps to be able to get to what you need to do.  When there are problems, you need to create a ticket and don't talk to people to get the matter resolved.  When Los Angeles Department of Mental Health creates a new form, Welligent usually doesn't change the form when it perceives that all the 'data elements' are covered with the present form.  I'd like for the forms to change when DMH makes changes.

**Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

Your company must have an IT team to assist with issues when Welligent is unable to guide you same day since you would need to go through sending a ticket and waiting to get a response.

The opportunity to review other staff's work virtually without the need to review a physical chart regularly.

The easiness of accessing multiple clients at one time is what I like best.

I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes the system can be extremely slow. Also, when I access the email and stay on it for too long, it will delete my email window without saving my work.

**Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

I recommend Welligent if you need to log and keep track of multiple entities/clients/projects. It is beneficial!

**What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the changes with client insurances and eligibility on a monthly and weekly basis. It helps me keep track of the clients that still need updates. A benefit I have realized is the navigation is very straightforward.

Uploading and downloading DMH files because they have to be done individually instead of in a group

The best part of Welligent is how intuitive it is and easy to follow. I also love the graphs that the system automatically creates for health information we track.

When reviewing specific notes, It's not easy to search for specific note types written by specific staff.

Welligent is a complete program that not only assists with EHR needs, but can also help with employee schedule management as well as improved billing function. For anyone who also needs to have a state or licensing body review notes this system easily pulls information for their review.

We have solved our tracking concerns and streamlined how staff document information we are looking to track.

**What do you like best about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

I like that Welligent can be accessed from any web browser.  The navigation is very user-friendly, especially for direct care staff to document everything they need to document.  I also like how much data is available and that there is an option to run reports to quickly collect that data.  There are a lot of simple, well-designed features that make the user experience better, such as the option to set a home module within Welligent so that on login you go straight to the specific module you use most often.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

I dislike how a lot of the forms and documents print out in a way that is not laid out very well or clearly for the person who is reading them.  I also dislike how difficult it can be to run reports correctly.  When entering the parameters for the report, if certain fields are not left blank, the report will not collect the right data, and it is counterintuitive which fields should be left blank.

Welligent is helping identify how the individuals we serve are meeting their goals and how we are meeting their needs in real-time.

**What do you like best about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

I like the user experience, and it is easy to get to where you want once you know the system. There are usually 2 to 3 different ways to get to information which is good depending on where you are in the system. I also train our new clinical staff on Welligent, and it has been easy for them to pick up and start working on Session Notes and Assessments.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

The Two-Factor Authentication is not good, and I wish they would use an App for this like google authenticator. It doesn't integrate with Outlook well with calendering or mail. Also, adding or modifying a report within Welligent takes forever. Usually, they quote 5 to 6 months for a change to occure, and they ask you to do the work on mapping the fields.

**Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

I think Welligent is a good product for a user-friendly EHR system and not as complicated as Epic. It has its Pros and Cons like any other system, but it is the best one I have worked on so far, and I have seen a few.

**What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently trying to get our County connected to Welligent using Provider Connect. The Benefits to this would be fantastic as it cut down on our current workload and have a faster response for claims. The Issue now is that we don't have a Project Manager helping us and other organizations ramp up for this project.

Welligent provides all of the features our small agency needs to expand our clientele and services while maintaining organization and meeting state regulations. It fills the gaps that we were experiencing in telehealth since the start of the pandemic.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

The fit-gap and configuration processes were very long and, at times, confusing. We are a small team that could not set aside a group of staff dedicated solely to setting up and launching the new Welligent EHR system. Keep it in mind if you are in a similar situation that it can potentially be burdensome on staff to work on Welligent as well as perform regular day-to-day tasks for their agency.

We will be better able to submit notes in an organized and timely manner. It especially is helpful as billing is now directly linked to the note submission which speeds up the process for us.

There is not a feature I like more in Welligent than any other EHR.

(Lack of) customer service/responsiveness, no accountability, antiquated system, a lot of bells and whistles but lack functionality that truly support business workflow. Not responsive to customers.  An antiquated user interface, workflow....

Delivery of behavioral health services

I like the ability to see all departments' information in regards to client needs. It's easy to be able to provide coordinated care when the information is quick and easy to find.

At times finding things or entering new clients can be difficult without a proper "road map". There are a lot of twists and turns that can take a while to find some aspects of what is needed. There are several things that i needed, but it took 4 different people to figure out how to get to what was needed.

Coordinating with other providers within our company has helped to solve health questions and give coordinated care to the clients i serve.

Having access to a cloud based EHR platform that can help integrate almost all clinical and billing functions within a singular platform.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

The interface is exceptionally overwhelming compared to other comparable EHR platforms.  Implementation from Welligent required a ton of manual conversion of our existing forms that were not importable into their platform.

Existing paper processes are being transitioned paperless using Welligent EHR.  Welligent allows clients to utilize the client portal and pivot to telehealth during the Covid pandemic.

I like how user friendly welligent is. I like how it has reminders set in the system. I also like how you can upload photos of clients in the demographics and easily update information when it changes.

I do not like how I can still see a lot of tabs/options that aren't specific to our department. It would be nice if I could hide some tabs/features that aren't applicable to my needs.

Currently we just had our treatment plans revamped, so we are currently adjusting to the new update/change.

The convenience in access and its integrative system. It is easy to use, and has plenty of community resources to turn to when encountering issues.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

It has sparse glitches and slowness after patching and updates, and sometimes things just don't quite make sense. The two-factor authentication really can use some improvements; one shouldn't be receiving the code while being active in the system. The code frequency is way too excessive.

The temporary glitches, and some routing issues with the built in treatment plan functions.

It is easy to navigate.  We have several English as a second language folks, and they have no trouble navigating the system.

**What do you dislike about Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud?**

That when there is an update it sometimes renders the system unusable for that period of time.

**What problems is Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is in one place.  From files we have downloaded into attachments to new doctor visits.  We no longer have to search through multiple locations.  And compared to our last electronic record system Welligent is super fast.

It is easy to use once you learn the basics, and because it is web-based it is easier to change what is needed in a timely fashion

This is complete end to end tool to work as a healthcare system. i am using this tool since last 2 year and still a lot of excellent features are yet to use. This is very vast and usefull application

We told Welligent that we wanted their product. They kept in contact. We were "busy" and "didn't have time" right now to complete the transaction. They kept in touch, provided any informtaion we requested. They were kind, understanding and friendly until they were finely able to give us what we wanted.

Welligent provides a modern U/X that makes the software easy to train and easy to customize.

Interface. Cloud-based. Web-based. Incident Reporting. Integration. Supports specific needs of Behavioral Health programs.

Staff turnover. Limited Foster Care/Child Welfare Functionality (we had to add Binti). Slow development. Poor pre-release testing. Layers of project planners and analysts between customers and developers.

Welligent is our solution to the transition from server-based legacy EHRs to a Cloud-Based Web-based integrated EHR. Increased efficiency. EHR is accessible remotely and in the field.

Easy to enter billing. Electronic scheduler is extremely helpful.

Welligent can get glitchy at times where you try to access it and it is down, even when it says its active.

**Recommendations to others considering Welligent, Part of ContinuumCloud:**

Highly recommend all of the Early Intervention programs in RI use this for billing. RI EOHHS already uses it for data collection.
