When employees select an annual membership and then are no longer eligible for that membership, they're charged without an option to terminate without many steps. A great tip to avoid this is to enable push notifications in your Wellhub app—we’ll send you a friendly reminder to check in right before your class starts! What do you dislike about Wellhub? The onboarding process was not smooth. I encountered a lot of errors when switching from the Sequoia bundle to a direct contract.
