It's nice to be able to go to multiple gyms/studios without having to sign up with each one individually. It's also nice that you can use it anywhere and are not limited to a certain area. The included apps are also convenient as they are easy to access and there are a lot to pick from. Considering everything you receive from Wellhub, it is definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, there were some discrepancies with what we expected from the Wellhub sales rep we worked with and when we finally got access to our admin portal. We had issues with our subsidy amounts since there was an update on the Wellhub end that multiple support people somehow were not able to figure out. As we continued working with Wellhub, there were more things that we did not expect, like the understanding of different types of plans and payments. We were told that the invoicing would "make sense" once we got access to our reports, but then learned that we are charged for employees who sign up even if they are active just for 1 day in the billing cycle. I've had the same support rep tell me contradicting information. And on a personal level, I cancelled my Wellhub subscription as a user because there were no convenient options near me.
