I do not like that if I accidently forget to check in and provide proof, I dont get my points and it messes up my streak and shows up as a "no show". So if they're more into working out, they can use it for that. If they're more of a yogi or someone who likes to meditate, they can use it for meditation. I like Wellhub because it's super interactive, and I really do like the colors of it. The layout is great, and I particularly appreciate the map feature where I can see what gyms are in a specific area, which is especially helpful when I'm traveling. I think it would be better if I could see the check-in barcode or at least a grayed-out area where that button would appear before I get to a gym partner. I also think having to download a separate app isn't the worst thing, but it can become overwhelming with multiple logins and creating separate accounts. Better integration with partner apps would improve the experience. Also, the billing process could be simpler with clearer distinctions between annual and monthly billing. As an administrator, this lack of clarity makes it hard to manage subscriptions for our employees. The initial setup was tricky, with pricing implemented that wasn't applicable to our employees, leading to a frustrating back and forth and a rocky start. It was particularly frustrating from a customer service standpoint as we had already advertised pricing to our staff and were told two months later that it was incorrect, which was just honestly unacceptable. I love that I can access fitness studios that typically cost about $300 a month for just $150, allowing me to explore different activities. This affordability and diversity in offerings feel fabulous to me, making Wellhub a pretty awesome choice. I'm also pleased with how easy and seamless the setup process was with no complaints there.
