It contains a lot of information about health and wellness. If it's one of the first times you're looking to include wellness into your lifestyle, it can help you with mood and sleep tracking, the notes and videos it contains, as well as sessions with specialists that I was told are good. There are some good challenges and it seeks the integration and participation of the company's collaborators. It has forum and direct message functions. The response time can be improved, and sometimes it doesn't progress through the provided content or takes time to play the videos. Sometimes the rewards were not displayed after reviewing content or completing a task. I think there is a great opportunity for improvement in the challenges, as most of them are about sharing an image and having others vote for the one they like the most. Finding a way to increase interaction in the challenges and adding a better description of how each challenge template works would be more beneficial.
