**What do you like best about welcome anywhere?**

This cloud solution has everything a modern setup should have, all the benefits of services already worked out and familiar to your users. From 3rd party payment methods right out of the gate to facebook integration to handle an easy to access secure experience

**What do you dislike about welcome anywhere?**

this software works great for small business in the way is setup to get the job done, but in the reporting side of the platform it lacks enough customization of reports that usually needs som workarounds from our side

**What problems is welcome anywhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved allowing several payment methods online and reservation process very easily for piano lessons without major knowledge of technology. Just follow the provided steps

It has sophisticated reservation management tools, such as price filtering choices, to focus availability on matching specific visitor needs.

So far, there are no cons or complaints about it.

Use the daily rate over-ride function to immediately react to pricing changes after setting up and managing standard rates, seasonal packages, and special offers.

Best customer service experience every single time I have called them. All types of payments are accepted and third-party integrations.

**What do you dislike about welcome anywhere?**

The reporting module would need lots of enhancements to fulfil different business requirements. Everythings else is in good shape.

Helping my team reach customers and expand the work.

The software is browser-friendly, and tablet friendly and surprisingly, you are able to do most functions on phone - normally a feature of only basic systems. The interface is pleasing to the eye.

**What do you dislike about welcome anywhere?**

The confirmation emails often go into the customer's spam folder. While we warm them of this, not everyone checks, and customers must receive their confirmation emails.

**What problems is welcome anywhere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles our booking system and integrates with Booking.com and similar booking media. We avoid the risk of double bookings and other errors.

Ease of use, effortless to train new team members, very friendly user interface. Brilliant channel management, any changes made at the site level is communicated across

Additional options (or supplementary charges) are awkward and laborious to set up and account for.

Brilliant customer support during the changes from our old booking system and since. Works well and can be tailored to fit with us.

Welcome Anywhere gives the ability to fully use the place to its potential. This results in cost saving without compromising on efforts.

There are some minor glitches on the web-app. Also the website wasn't the most easy to use.

Cost benefit. Helps in competing agaisnt the likes of bigger chains/ AIRBNB
