Their inventory especially for flights and hotels is not at par with competitors, and the rates are way to high compared to other booking sites. Sometimes the rates shown especially for flights are way higher but this is only for domestic routes, in international routes they are at par with other players in the market. Signing in nearly always requires an email code to be sent for verification. It would be nice if they allowed 2FA using Google Authenticator or SMS instead. Sometimes the prices for bookings seem higher than we might find on other discount travel sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Whilst the platform is easy to use, it does not show you what is really available. For instance, what was available on Air NZ was not showing on the WegoPro platform. Most of us ended up booking through the airline's website and claiming our fares back, which defeated the whole purpose of having a travel management system.
