Weflow is the 'get out of jail free' card for all the bloat and nasty workflows that SFDC showcases. Getting everyone to regularly update Salesforce was truly a fight before. With Weflow, it's never been easier to keep close dates, next steps, etc. so up-to-date. It's not only the web app but also the CMD+J command and calendar integration that makes it so powerful. It has driven compliance to our processes and sped up our workflows, easily saving 2-5h/week depending on the team role. All in all, Weflow eased selling and has taken a lot of stress out of our team keeping everyone in the loop on how the pipeline is advancing. I can't come up with any major downsides. At first, I was worried that the chrome extension takes up memory consumption and browser performance issues may come up, but I've never encountered any troubles.

Connect with their team! They've been tremendous in helping us make use of the full depth and breadth of Weflow. We had several check-ins throughout - some to kick-off as we started using it and then regularly thereafter to see how we're doing and get feedback from us.
