**What do you like best about Zensai?**

As a company, we have a lot of managers with fully remote teams. Zensai has proven to be be an effective way to stay connected, especially when coordinating live catch-ups isn’t always practical. The Engage & Perform platform (formerly Weekly10) makes it easy to stay aligned with what employees are working on, exchange feedback regularly, and encourage transparent, ongoing conversations that support growth. I especially value the ability to give instant recognition to colleagues, as well as the clear visibility into both individual and team performance. This has simplified identifying strengths, development opportunities, and completing quarterly and annual reviews.

From an administrative perspective, the platform provides helpful insight into overall employee sentiment. The AI-driven analytics highlight engagement trends and potential concerns, while also making it easy to track participation in weekly check-ins and performance review cycles.

All in all, Zensai is a strong solution for organizations aiming to improve their performance management approach.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

In the past, technical challenges required some patience - however, now I have a dedicated CSS (in my time zone), and now my issues get resolved very quickly.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zensai gives our managers a simple, consistent way to stay close to employee performance on a weekly basis, which is especially important when teams are distributed across regions. It removes the guesswork around how people are doing by enabling timely feedback and regular check-ins, rather than relying on infrequent or retrospective conversations. The platform also makes it easy to compare trends across regions, helping us quickly spot differences in performance or engagement and adjust our approach where needed. Over time, Zensai creates a reliable, well-documented performance history, giving us clarity, continuity, and confidence in our people management decisions.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

ZENSAI is incredibly easy to use and, honestly, the most intuitive LMS I’ve worked with. The integration with Microsoft 365—especially Teams—makes learning feel like a natural part of the workday instead of a separate system people have to log into and figure out. Because it’s cloud-based and works seamlessly in a Windows environment, getting up and running is fast and straightforward.

I’ve used a lot of different LMS platforms, and ZENSAI stands out for how simple it is to manage and how easy it is for learners to navigate. There’s very little friction, which helps with adoption and engagement. Overall, it’s a really solid platform and one I wouldn’t want to switch away from.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Like any platform, there are always small tweaks or improvements that can be made, but nothing that has been a major issue. What I really appreciate is that ZENSAI actively listens to user feedback and is consistently making updates that simplify the experience and improve usability.

If I had to name a downside, it would be that some features occasionally take a bit of exploring to fully understand—but that’s minor and usually addressed quickly through updates or improvements. Overall, the responsiveness of the ZENSAI team and their commitment to continuous improvement far outweigh any small limitations.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZENSAI makes it easy to actually execute my learning and development strategy. I’m able to build learning catalogs with meaningful, relevant content and deliver them quickly and efficiently, without getting bogged down in the technology. That speed and simplicity make a big difference.

From a business perspective, it removes a lot of the friction that usually comes with rolling out learning programs. I can focus more on content, alignment, and impact, instead of troubleshooting or managing a complicated system. Overall, it helps me get the right learning in front of the right people at the right time, which directly supports our broader business goals.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

What I like best about Zensai are the CSM's - especially Cintia and Sandra, who have given so much help to us with regards to explaining how things work, as well as helping get proper technical investigations and resolutions completed. The CSM team experience within this company, as a customer, is top notch! This team is probably the reason why Zensai actually has a business; it's certainly the only reason we're still considering remaining customers.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

The help guides and API interface are very difficult to navigate much of the time - I expect this is true across the board for everyone who hasn't been given a technical level of training. The whole help site needs a methodical review to update the bits that are outdated. 

The experience getting the correct level of support engagement prior to CSM engagement has been horrendously unhelpful. They don't fact find to understand the full picture, but rather, have a sort of script to follow that is really frustrating as a customer seeking support. Without the CSM engagement, we'd have been continually gaslit about things that have needed actual technical help from Zensai, that we wouldn't have been able to resolve on our own.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zensai is providing us an LMS platform for much of our company training and tracking of training, etc.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

What I like best about Zensai is that the Perform side of the platform has been largely customizable to support our team’s needs—particularly the performance evaluations we’ve built. That flexibility has been key to our adoption and success.

Blake Shores has been an incredible partner throughout our Perform365 journey and has played a major role in our overall satisfaction with Zensai. He is consistently responsive, thoughtful, and solution-oriented, and has gone above and beyond to ensure we feel supported. Blake has truly been our go-to resource and a trusted partner in helping us get the most out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

We’ve already shared this feedback with the Zensai team, but it’s clear that the platform we were sold last year is still underdeveloped and requires significant continued investment to be a fully competitive performance management solution alongside other leading platforms.

That said, the Zensai team has been open to receiving feedback and has made meaningful progress in response. For example, enabling all-in-one reporting significantly reduced administrative work during our end-of-year performance cycle, and configuring evaluations so employees can be rated on role-specific competencies was a strong improvement.

There is still important work to be done. Ongoing functionality issues—such as team members completing weekly updates that then populate as blank or appear missing—create distrust in the platform and impact user confidence. Continued focus on platform stability and core functionality will be critical moving forward.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zensai is helping us centralize and operationalize our performance management processes in one place. It provides a structured way to run performance cycles, capture evaluations, and document ongoing performance conversations that would otherwise be scattered across tools or handled inconsistently.

The ability to customize performance evaluations to align with our roles and competencies has been especially valuable, allowing us to assess performance in a way that feels relevant and fair. Features like consolidated reporting have also reduced manual, administrative work for our People team, freeing up time for more strategic efforts.

While I can’t speak in depth to the LMS functionality as it primarily sits with our Learning team, having both the LMS and performance platform available within a GCCH-compliant environment is critical for our organization. That capability was a key factor in our decision-making and provides significant value from a security and compliance standpoint.

When the platform functions as intended, Zensai helps create greater consistency, visibility, and accountability across our performance processes, ultimately supporting stronger manager–employee conversations and better-informed decisions.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Learn365-Platform is directly with MS365 aligned and this makes it easy and efficient to work with the tool. We uset the learnplatfrom group-wide for regular training of our collegaues. It has been easy to implement the platform group-wide, as once you have the standard, you can replicate it easily.  Our contact persons, Dominik and Lilly are outnost competent and pleasant persons to work with. All the questions are answered professionally and quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

We signed a three-year contract, but with each annual renewal, we received an excessive number of emails warning us that our subscription was about to expire, including a message stating that the platform would be deleted. I understand these are automated notifications, but they are still quite bothersome.

how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It makes learning and development feel seamless and organized. Zensai makes it simple to grow and learn at my own pace. I really like how it keeps everything clear and accessible so I can stay on track. Customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful. Implementation was smooth and straightforward, with minimal downtime or confusion. I use it pretty often, especially when new trainings roll out. I was impressed by how easily it fit into our current workflows.

Occasionally I wish it was a little more customizable.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

It is easy to use, intuitive for both the administrator and the user, and I like that for course design it has different tools to add text, images, videos, links from other platforms, interactive images, etc., and it allows for easy structuring and restructuring of content, as well as facilitating updates, with changes being reflected immediately. The implementation seems quite simple to me and I like that it can be integrated with other tools. Customer support is always provided for resolving queries via email.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I use the LMS almost daily, as I am the user administrator and instructional designer, so I think it is necessary to integrate more gamification tools into the LMS, where templates of dynamics or preloaded games are already available and only need to be edited. This would make it more complete and appear more competitive. Also, visually, I believe it could be improved to a more user-friendly image.

I also think it's necessary to improve the part of being able to create groups. These are already created easily, but once created, it is not possible to use them easily to enroll certain courses for those groups.

Perhaps enabling a chat within the platform would help to provide more direct and faster support to the client in resolving doubts.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, in fact, it seems they no longer want us to sell the platform in Latin America, so this doesn't really benefit us, as we are distributors of it.

The system is easy to use, allowing you to set up and implement your own organizational academy in no time. Communication with our customer success manager is pleasant, and we always receive answers to our questions within a day!

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Although there are many options for configuring the system to your liking, there are also limitations. There are so many possibilities (including add-ons) that it is not always clear what is possible. In addition, you are limited by the fact that you have to add the add-ons separately to make it work. I would have preferred to be able to turn these options on and off via the global settings instead of having to use a special add-on. It may also take a long time for the system to load.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

I love how well it integrates with Power Bi, Teams and other Microsoft applications we already use.  It's a tool we use here every day to keep track of and organize both e-learning trainings and in-person trainings.  Support is fast to act when I need it, and there are new features added all the time.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I'm not sure I would say there are things I DISLIKE about it.  Other things I wish it did?  Sure, like adding prerequisites to courses, being able to batch edit sessions for location, or being able to view videos I have in courses through the admin center rather than having to actually take the course.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our employees an easy way to sign up for training, and us to keep track on progress, testing and engagement.

Loading time is a bit slow and sometimes there are too many things happening on the screen which makes it difficult to navigate. The notification regarding deadlines can be streamlines a bit.

I appreciate that the table of contents is located on the left side, allowing me to see all the topics covered and the estimated time for each one. Navigating between topics is very easy, and I can move to any section as needed without any trouble.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Zensai provides a straightforward and uncluttered interface, making it easy to use. However, I find it somewhat restrictive when attempting to customize learning paths or connect with more sophisticated workflows. Although it serves basic training requirements well, I believe it would be improved by offering greater flexibility and more advanced features.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Zensai has really simplified the way I keep up with my learning. I no longer have to search through emails or switch between different platforms, which saves me time and effort. I appreciate being able to access training right within Teams, as it feels seamless and doesn’t disrupt my workflow. This convenience has helped me stay more consistent with my development goals, and I find that I actually complete courses now because everything is so easy to reach.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

What I appreciate most about Zensai is how user-friendly it is for our employees. Prior to selecting Zensai, our L+D team evaluated several different LMS platforms, and Zensai stood out as the most modern and adaptable option. The customizability and Teams integration feature made Zensai the most promising choice for utilization in our employee's daily workflows, which was a priority for us. 

Additionally, our customer success manager (Courtney Van Nostrand) has been outstanding. She has played a key role in our implementation, and overall success, always responding promptly to my numerous questions and consistently helping us find solutions to our unique challenges and needs. The transition from our previous LMS to Zensai wouldn't have been as seamless without Courtney's guidance!

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I am not pleased that we are currently encountering a unique challenge with accessing the Automation Center, though I recognize this is not a common problem when using Zensai as a learning management system. Like other reviewers, there are little to no features/problems that I dislike about Zensai, but there are features or solutions I hope to see introduced. For instance, I wish there were a way to ensure users watch a required portion of training videos that have been uploaded retroactively as learning items. At the moment, the most effective option is to include a confirmation checkbox. Additionally, I agree with others that technical support does not feel as smooth as the assistance we receive from our Customer Success Manager. However, these concerns are relatively minor when compared to the overall positive impact Zensai has on our employees' learning and development experience.

Prior to transitioning to Zensai, our firm's previous LMS provided little ability for customization, was difficult to organize, and therefore, was severely under-utilized by our staff. Zensai's integration into Teams, its highly customizable nature, and its mobile app are looking promising for solving these issues!

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Makes it very easy to organize your pending training modules and actually take the training as well. Not hard at all to figure out and even provides checklists to keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Sometimes it can be a little slow, I notice that videos take a little longer to dynamically load than they would in, say, YouTube. The homepage can also be a little slow to load, which kind of sucks since you are brough to that page every time you finish a training

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of learning and onboarding new employees. I am one of those and it has benefitted me by providing a simple way to take the training and track my progress. It is also great for new assigned training since it will add it directly to your pending training once HR uploads it, and will let you know how long you have to complete it.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Our transition from our previous LMS supplier to Zensai has been seamless. The system is incredibly easy to configure, and the extensive training we received set us up perfectly from the start. Our customer success manager (Dominik Stöter) has been fantastic—always helpful, quick to respond to my many questions, and consistently providing valuable assistance. Managing our online training has never been simpler, and we owe it all to the smooth and straightforward integration of Learn365 into our business.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Starting out can feel overwhelming because there are so many features to explore. While there are notes available when you log in to the training admin about new feature rollouts, I think it would be helpful to receive a regular newsletter or patch notes sent directly to email. This way, we could stay informed about upcoming changes ahead of time.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With our previous solution, we faced many challenges regarding system control. Many functions could only be managed by the provider, which often made the system cumbersome to use. The platform itself lacked features and had a very basic design. However, what matters most to us now is the integration with Microsoft. Being able to host the LMS on our SharePoint site has made it much easier for our staff to find and access their training plans.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Zensai's Learn365 platofrm is one of the few that fully integrates into Teams and SharePoint, which allowed our staff to easily learn how to use the platform while also providing quick and easy access.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

While our customer service manager rep is very nice and usually helpful, technical support is kind of clunky and we had issues resolving problems when first coming online due to inaccurate info given by the support team. This is due to the fact that you are unable to just to call somebody to explain your issue. You are required to submit a ticket and then do all of your support resolution through written messaging and chat. Zensai needs a better and faster way to reach someone via an actual video or phone chat.

Zensai's Learn365 provides our organization with a central learning hub where staff can view our internal webinars and trainings while also provising a place to house (or link to) important documents and internal resources.

The interface feels intuitive once configured, and I appreciate the ability to align courses with organizational goals through catalogs and learning paths. It’s especially helpful for automating compliance reminders and keeping training records centralized.

The configuration process can be complex, and some settings (like notifications, reports, and permissions) require multiple steps to locate. There’s also limited flexibility in course layout and user experience compared to other LMS platforms, which can make content feel static. Zensai is helping us centralize all training and compliance programs within Microsoft 365, eliminating the need for separate systems and manual tracking. Zensai stands out with its seamless integration into Microsoft 365, making it feel like a natural extension of our digital workplace. I especially appreciate the wide range of modules, which allow us to cover virtually every training scenario – from simple compliance courses to complex learning paths.

The AI-powered features are smartly implemented and actually helpful in day-to-day use. Both learners and managers benefit from excellent transparency around progress, deadlines, and goals.

And above all: Zensai has the best support team I’ve ever experienced – responsive, competent, and genuinely invested in our success.

Honestly, there’s nothing that stands out as unhelpful at the moment.
Zensai continues to evolve and impress with every update. So far, every feature we’ve used has delivered real value, and whenever we had questions, the support team responded quickly and effectively. If anything comes up in the future, I’m confident it will be addressed just as professionally.

Zensai allows us to deliver and manage high-quality training for our external clients directly within Microsoft 365.

This review is for Zensai's new Perform & Engage 365 tool(s) as we have already had their LMS (Learn 365) tool for some time and just recently added their performance management and engagement/pulse platform to our company applications.

One of the best things about Zensai's Perform & Engage 365 is that it is also built into the Teams App Environment just like the original Learn 365 Platform. They are currently separate apps but we have been told they will be combined into a single app at the end of 2025. Our users love it and our managers love it because they don't have to juggle multiple web links to different sites and can just access it all within Teams.

Another great thing is that it is very customizable and can be as macro or as micro as you need it to be. For instance, we operate with several business entities within our organization and each group needs their own operating standards. This platform was able to easily accomplish this feat unlike many other platforms that we tested that locked the entire organization into a single operating standard.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

The only major thing about the recent addition of Perform & Engage 365 to the Zensai portfolio is that it is a relatively new platform for their company. There are still bugs and new tools being fixed and added because of this. Everything operates as is expected but now and then there may be a bug that needs to be troubleshooted. Thankfully these get resolved rather quickly with an average turnaround of about 1-2 weeks.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges we were facing with performance management was the major lack of data reporting in our old system as well as the failed operational support of providing a continuous performance approach. This system was able to bring all those things together for us in a nice neat package that have drastically improved the way in which we interact with appraisals, 1:1s, check-ins and other important business operations.

One other major thing was that our old system did not have trackable goals which defeated the purpose of even using goals in the first place. Bring on Perform & Engage 365 brought with it access to be able to build out a goals library for easy use and let users finally track progress in their assigned goals.

Zensai is a digital alternative for corporate and professional training and preparation of your work team, its systems work with the most advanced technology to create a unique and personalized experience for each participant, guaranteeing the transmission of information and training content within a professional and proactive environment.

In addition, Zensai allows you to monitor the performance of your entire team, analyze their evolution and contributions as a new member of your company and evaluate the technical and professional benefits of each participant.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I have nothing bad to say or mention about Zensai's services, I think it is a top quality corporate learning system with high effectiveness rates.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zensai's digital services allowed my company to build teams based on the performance and skills of each employee, encourage training for new members and automate many tasks and work processes related to training our employees for new jobs.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

They are always adding new features and improving their capabilities as an LMS. This is for both LMS Admins and Learners/End Users. Additionally, it is quite easy to integrate with LinkedIn Learning and within our own SharePoint sites. Their customer service is always top notch and quick on the response.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Some of the reporting tools and external connections are a bit limited in the types of data that can be gathered.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zensai is solving the issue of more easily tracking compliance trainings and generating completion reports. They are also making it easier to manage learners as we grow as a company.

Zensai is very easy to use and the support is fantastic. They are always quick to respond and very helpful.

Nothing that springs to mind. We have had no major issues with implementation or daily use.

We needed somewhere to organise and run our learning management system. Zensai allows us to integrate seamlessy with our microsoft systems and is extremely easy to use.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Since my company implemented Zensai's corporate learning services we have been able to train a large number of new employees who are already performing with full efficiency within our business practices, reducing our operational costs and integration time for new workers.

In addition, Zensai offers a great working platform with the most interactive and professional training features, allowing real time monitoring of each user's progress and integration with your operating systems to facilitate and enhance the capabilities of this valuable corporate learning system.

I have nothing negative to mention about Zensai's learning functions, it is a great working platform that facilitates the training of all my working staff.

As a user of Zensai I can point out that it is a platform of great quality and corporate utility, it facilitates the training of new work staff and allows constant collaboration among all its users to promote the training and education of participants in areas of corporate interest.

The direct integration into the M365 world, as well as the easy handling.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

Since Learn365 is integrated into the M365 world, it can only be operated on a SharePoint and does not function as a standalone solution. In certain environments, this can be a disadvantage, even though the benefits of integration overall outweigh it.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever there are difficulties with the software, Zensai provides extensive support. If necessary, even special programming is carried out, which helps us enormously in everyday life.

Aids in the tracking of both product knowledge and compliance/safety courses. Reports catered to different roles and locations make it easy for our Retail coordinators to understand the footing of training in their store for each Team Member.

The multiple reporting abilities for the training reports. Very user friendly !! Customer support always quick to help.

The inability to notify users once they are enrolled in an existing training plan.

Zensai helps solve the problem of tracking and proving job competency by providing a structured LMS system that records and manages training, certifications, and skill development. It ensures that I can easily demonstrate my qualifications and compliance with required standards. This benefits me by making it simple to keep my learning progress organized and verifiable, helping me stay up to date and confident in meeting job requirements.

**What do you like best about Zensai?**

Zensai is overall quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. I also like the ability to view the Audit Trail. Customer Support is also always quick to reply and has been helpful in troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Zensai?**

I wish that the reporting functions were more robust, more customizable, and able to be automated. Also, we do not have the ability to proxy, like logging in under a student account to see what they see.

**What problems is Zensai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to provide global eLearning and ILT support to all of our employees. It makes it easier for my team to create and distribute this content.
