I like the fact that the company objectives can be connected to team objectives and individual objectives. This makes it possible to understand how each person on the team is contributing to the company's overall direction.

You can also change the value of individual key results. For example, instead of adding it up as a percentage on your own, you can change it to an absolute # like 50 or 60 and it'll do the calculation for you. This made it easier for us because the things we tend to do aren't easily made into percentages.

The only thing I'll say that was a challenge to us is the fact that it took a bit of getting used to for some of our team members. What a clunky mess. If you have a team member on multiple teams (as much of the start up world is), it won't let you just fill out one set of OKRs, it wants specific ones per team. So you're constantly trying to find where on earth you placed it last time. Also, all of the trainers are UK based, so not helpful when you're trying to organize trainings in PST. I run a team of 20 across four different offices. In our largest office we have a weekly 15 min standup meeting which is great for syncing up on what each of us is doing, but people can't dial into that from across the Atlantic. Weekdone helps to get (almost) the same effect digitally.
