I usually go deeper in understanding the candidates' skills. The previous tool had an excel report for each candidate. WeCP provides very comprehensive yet strong signals about why I should select or reject a candidate. The top 1% in SQL, Bottom 10% in algorithms help me identify the best skills of every candidate.
