Screen 100s of job candidates with a written test that makes it easier to weed out candidates that don't meet our technical requirements.

By using WeCP I was able to get through many hundred candidates and select the ones that were deserving.

"Time saving and user friendly!"

What do you like best about WeCP (We Create Problems)?

WeCP helped to reduce the time taken in the entire interview process. We were able to pick suitable candidates for next level based not only upon theoretical but also scenario based and practical questions that they answered. The UI was user friendly. The major problem which I felt was solved is the reduction in the level of personal interviews. As this platform provided tests for multiple skills, and had provision to design the test as per project requirement, it was easy to take further only the eligible candidates who met the required scores in the test. What do you like best about WeCP (We Create Problems)?

I love the coding tasks that they provide for candidates. They are moderately difficult but crisp and interesting. Most of the candidates tried and solved but with different levels and approaches. We could close 8 developer openings in a week's time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downsides are pretty few, the one big thing is that there is no screencasting on the frontend, but they do report violations count which kinda solves the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being fully remote team we need something to help us hire engineers quickly. But we didn't want to manually check their code. WeCP is helping us digitize our coding tasks and save manual checking. One morning I logged in and found the candidates who passed the programming tests. We also got the results containing their cheating details pictures with other important details. What do you like best about WeCP (We Create Problems)?

The best part is that WeCP has great questions and it is slightly easy to use as compared to other hiring tools. I select the skills, I get questions and the test gets built. I invite candidates and the tool automatically does the follow ups. I was struggling to find a tool that has a short duration test on data science coding. There are few options out there, but I found this tool quite interesting. The code stub was present for candidates, the test focused on writing logic, the right syntaxes, and executing test cases for given CSV input.
