There are a few things I like about Webtrends Analytics for Sharepoint. One i love that it is integrated with Sharepoint as it is a highly collaborative tool we use at my work. As a team lead, I love monitoring and making use of data to get information of my team's engagement. I love that I can export reports and use them in presentation to my leadership. What do you like best about Webtrends Analytics for Sharepoint?
Webtrends Analytics has great data sensitivity provision to ensure the security of our SharePoint applications and creates role-based visualization for them. It has a customizable set of filters which is very helpful with tracking user activities, page views, and other web application metrics. It guides us to identify the KPI, which helps understand the user's behaviour with insights such as bounce rates, user session period search queries, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Webtrends Analytics for Sharepoint?
It only aggregates the results for our enterprise's user segmentation process, and it requires enhancement in path redirection for web applications. In the case of statistical or incremental data analytics, the process is quite challenging and could be simplified by including user-friendly functionalities. Web trends implementation can be cumbersome if right resources are not consulted. If not done correctly, one can end up creating separate reporting profiles across functional areas.
