WebRTC allows for seemless integration from Webex, Google Meet, Zoom and Micrsoft teams. As a Google user being able to use quality hardware from Cisco allows for a seemless integration solution for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not all platforms use layouts as well as I woul dlike for it to be. It seems that we have to wait for other partners to allow updates to follow to the interopt hardward and that timeline is not readily available or communicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The calling facility allows both audio and video across many peers and sharing texts concurrently is best. And also the sharing files between the peers instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the stun/turn server setup has to be done manually based on the product's scalable and usages on different geographical locations.
Need to maintain everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that I can use the application from my phone or computer is quite practical for me, especially to be able to maintain communication at any time no matter where I am, the audio and video quality turns out to be quite good to maintain a Call without any problem, the quality of the calls is quite good, in fact it remains stable most of the time which is perfect for us to carry out our conferences and meetings in this way, the fact that it has an integrated chat is something quite practical to send information through this same route in a much more practical and simple way. It does not have a good amount of information and documentation, so when you are starting to learn the use of this application it turns out to be quite difficult on how to use it properly, so it should be necessary to improve these manuals to make the process easier Learning. There are multiple things which I know the best in WebRTC but main feature which I thinks best ever is Peer to Peer and Peer to Multi Peer Connection flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Streamlined, easy to integrate and deploy feature set which boasts compatibility with all major (and non-major, i I may add) platforms that govern the world of Unified Collaborations at this point in time. It enables easier remote video conferencing capabilities which is supported by all (major) browsers via HTML 5. Just a simple, no hassel technology that is often integrated with various platforms to enable web-based video conferencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. Probably instead of dislike, a little more of suggestion on further development. A richer API and administration guide would be beneficial to non major players in the industry, as well as start up or small entities in the start up community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
