Webroot Threat Intelligence works in the background invisibly while I conduct my business online. I do a lot of research across many websites, downloading various files, and communicating by e-mail. All of these are monitored and protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webroot Threat Intelligence?

I especially like the invisibility of Webroot. It is not intrusive but helps protect my work. There are enough visible indicators on the screen to let me know that it is working while not being loud and flashy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webroot Threat Intelligence?

When saving files (i.e. PDFs) from websites or e-mails Webroot is perhaps a bit too subtle in its protection. I sometimes feel it necessary to manually activate Webroot and conduct a file scan in the directory where I have saved a file prior to opening it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webroot Threat Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Webroot keeps my computer secure from threats by scanning my drive daily, notifying me of unsafe websites, scanning downloads for threats. Many years ago a computer of mine was affected by a virus and it took days to clean it and restore it. I feel quite secure that Webroot is shielding my laptop from threats. There's not much that I don't like, if I had to pick something I would say that I wish it would wipe away the threats from the home screen report so we don't have to keep seeing them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ability to schedule scans for my off days so my computer doesn't interfere with my work. The Idenitity Protection that enables a Phishing Shield allows our company to filter out the bad websites/URLs enabling us to work safer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there is a threat or suspicious email I am able to forward them to our Webroot specialist by creating a ticket. I am able to get answers in real time and that makes it so easy and user friendly. The most helpful aspect of Webroot Threat Intelligence is it automatically runs it's system to scan for threats, this is something that I don't need to initiate and that makes it a great option for those who are busy. Having the security that it provides is another great attribute to this system. If I ever need help or have a security issue I can create a ticket with the click of a few buttons. Very user friendly.
