Employees understand that they are accountable for voicing their ideas or concerns if they want to see change and management is accountable for taking action on the submissions. When a win is achieved, we see improvement in our SOPs and an increase in trust. **What do you dislike about TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services?** The "Pulse" interface within their app constantly defaults to pulses from when we first started using TINYpulse which is frustrating. I also wish it integrated with our RingCentral chat. Providing the anonymity to give feedback and make improvements that help boost the morale around the office. We are able to be open with our supervisors and that has helped them to make changes around the office that make us feel heard. **What do you dislike about TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services?** Anonymous seems to be somewhat relative, when you are a small company it can be somewhat easy to figure out who is who and we had a lot of push back when we first introduced TinyPulse to our company. People were afraid to share exactly what they wanted to of fear of it being traced back to them. There is not a whole lot TP can do about people's personalities coming out in their comments, but it would be nice if there was another way to mix it up for those who don't believe u s when we say it is anonymous. **Recommendations to others considering TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services:** I would say the bigger your company the more impactful this site will be. We are not as small as we used to be so I really like this approach when it comes to sharing and suggesting. I feel heard in a company that is floating around only 100 people, I would imagine it would be even better if you felt little or unheard in a company of 500. TinyPulse keeps us aware of our interaction with our teams, outside of our own peripheral vision. Looking forward for both ourselves and our group as a whole. **What problems is TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have created a culture committee to be liaisons between the TinyPulse suggestions and the company actions. This has given people who may not be as comfortable commenting or suggesting things an alternative method to reach out. Each team has their own representative and about once a week all representatives get together to share, suggest and problem solve. Both little and big concerns around the office have been adressed. From IT and program downloads, to team building suggestions all the way up to time-off additions! We have a great "wall of wins" to remind us how far we have come since we began using TP. ### 10. I think a lot of people on the team enjoy this, both being able to give "shout outs", as well as receiving acknowledgment of having done something exceptional. **What do you dislike about TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services?** I don't often answer the weekly questions. If I feel that I can't say anything positive, then I won't answer. All responses are supposed to be anonymous but I've never completely trusted it, so I don't feel comfortable saying something negative and then having that attributed to me. (There isn't anything to have ever suggested that management knows who said what; it's just me being suspicious). **Recommendations to others considering TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services:** I think TinyPulse works really great for a remote team to make sure you are able to keep people engaged and measure the general mood and attitude of the team. Even for teams that aren't working remotely, I think using features like "Cheers" allows people to both recognize and be recognized publicly for a job well done, which I think a lot of businesses don't emphasize. It's a wonderful way for our employees to recognize others or get recognized themselves. We stream the cheers board to TVs in our lounge so that it's visible at all times. We also integrated with slack so cheers are posted in a channel. **What do you dislike about TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services?** 1. I'd like to respond to pulses with an emoji. We are a slack heavy and emoji heavy org and there are times when an emoji would be the perfect response. 2. I wish we could ask a second question to all employees instead of just segments. We have a few segments that are less than five people so they get left out. **What problems is TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping a pulse on what is going on in the office, maintaining open dialogue at all times by providing the space to leave anonymous feedback. When commenting back it would be nice to have a like button or something to notify the staff we read the comment.
