**What do you like best about WebHR?**

I find WebHR incredibly easy to use for both HR teams and regular employees, thanks to its strong self-service tools that cut down on administrative work. I appreciate how it automates many repetitive HR tasks, which minimizes errors and keeps all employee records organized and accessible from anywhere. It’s a great tool for centralizing HR data, automating routine tasks, reducing paperwork, and maintaining compliance efficiently. The automation for attendance, leave requests, and payroll calculations saves us hours of work each week by reducing human error and administrative workload. The employee self-service portal is valuable because it allows staff to manage their own information and requests, freeing up the HR team to focus on more strategic work. Overall, WebHR makes daily HR operations smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about WebHR?**

While WebHR is solid overall, there are a few areas that could be better. Some of the reporting features are not as flexible or detailed as we would like, making it harder to create customized reports. The user interface can feel a bit outdated in some sections, and the navigation could be more intuitive for new users. Occasionally, the system loads slowly when accessing large datasets, and certain advanced HR functions require extra setup or lack smooth integration with other tools. This HR software stands out for its impressive graphical representation features, which greatly assist with HR data analysis. As a first-time user, I found the software to be somewhat slow, and it offers fewer customization options than other HRM software available on the market. While it has potential to become a standout HR solution, it still needs considerable time and development to reach that level.

WebHR provides a wider and essential solution in the market as a human resource management tool. WebHR application it was a game changer application for us, after we integrate it with our biometrics attendance machine, it fetch data everyday and it minimized the tasks of manually fetching and doing attendance and payroll.

**What do you dislike about WebHR?**

most of the time when we request for support it is delayed for a couple of days and they don't provide quick fix the problems we have faced. and the cost to subscribe is expensive specially for newly formed organizations.

it help us in minimizing time and also gives us accuracy when we do payroll with the attendance.

While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it.

The implmenetation process did not take much time as our employees got the hang of using WebHR due to its user friendly interface. and 
Majority of my work is being done on WebHR on daily basis amd one thing I love about using WebHR is that the customer support team is exceptional, swiftly resolve issues with ease and ensure a seamless user experience.
Plus there is always a room for customization as per your needs.

Dont like the Announcement Templates for Birthdays and Anniversaries as they need to be updated.

Overall, my experience with the WebHR has been good as majority of our work is being done daily on WebHR. And it was not that difficult to implement and make employees use it.

I think the onboarding module can be a bit better and it should allow you to have email correspondence with people outisde the organization.

Attendances, payroll, etc. If a service is offered at no extra cost where they can manage attendance, ensure people clock in and out, that would be wonderful.

Also, updating the Admin users about the WebHR and providing guidance on its utilization for maximum benefit.

Compared with all the same products, the feature side of webHR has the best features but the area I would say the UX/UI. need to improve

From the perspective of an employee or manager, this software is quite simple and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about WebHR?**

For non-IT individuals, it remains quite complicated from the standpoint of a system administrator. The reporting functionality is not currently flexible, and there are few formats to pick from; more instructions on report production is required.

We no longer have to manually calculate OT for employees, which reduces paperwork and time consumption because all information is entered on the system and automatically.

->I appretiate their patience to customer concerns and responsiveness.
->Another best nature of WebHR is that they welcome enhancement requests and incase its beneficial to their product, they usually take it up at no additional cost on the customer.

->I would to encourage better customer's existing process analysis, leading to a compprehensive gap analysis followed by a structured solution ideation/consultation leading to gap closure. 
->I would also encourage webHR to have industry standard solutions / regional specific model application that could help customers adopt best practices. 
->Project Management dashbards could help streamline implementation and bug/backlog tracking during implementation

Integrated Scheduler - Leaves- Payroll: this has been the biggest concern at our organization as they were independent systems before implementing webHR. but this integrated solution makes life easy at workforce management and payroll generation.

WebHR as a system still needs to improve in terms of becoming an integrated, fully functions system that eliminates dupication of work. 

Regardless of above, the best thing about WebHR is that it is affordable and above all the WebHR Team particularly Mr. Bachal is an absolute star! He is a message away and takes the time to understand the concern and provide solutions or work-arounds .

His response time is stunning and he also makes it a point to follow through on any raised issues or queries.
