WebFx is a one-stop agency for all our digital campaigns and efforts. They are providing excellent service and have very knowledgeable staff. Both Anna Lewis and Casey Horning are extremely helpful and we consider them part of our team. What I love about WebFX is that the person you work with is the person you work with for everything. Even if you branch out to work with another team, your marketer is always there to coordinate marketing operations. We have had two awesome reps while working with WebFX. WebFX also offers its own custom-made web app to help organize all of the individual projects you are working on. This helps a ton with organization and keeps communication open and easy. This also makes it easy to retrieve content created by WebFX as well. Having everything done in one central place makes it easy to go and grab any sort of assets or data, or even reports from WebFX. On top of all that, the communication and reporting done by WebFX is also fantastic! Not a thing. We are on PST and have a XUS site, but regardless of their EST, they have recorded meetings, provided excellent instructions to our team and us. So there was no need to have them make appointments after hours on their timezone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love WebFX's customer support and account management. I was hesitant to work with such a large agency (again) because historically in these settings I have always been treated as a number without dedication or customization. Our account manager is incredible and an expert in her field. She is responsive when we have a question and she makes sure to detail why each adjustment was made within our website and how it will serve us in the long run. Unfortunately, we jumped the gun in starting our contract with WebFX because we knew we needed them, but we were still in the midst of launching our new website. This caused a major bottle neck and we ended up paying for two-months where we couldn't receive any on-page support. We did find a handful of other projects to work on (long-form content, competitive research, etc.) but I can't help but feel like we wasted a bunch of our market dollars because of our web delays. I wish we could have paused our WebFX agreement until the new website was live. That's ultimately a fault of my own because I never even asked if that was a possibility. My favorite things about WebFX include their tracking ability and communication style. The tracking they provide through their WebFX cloud is unmatched. We can see directly where leads are coming from so we can adequately track them in our CRM and see how our marketing budget is working. WebFX also is fantastic at communication. All of the changes they are making are recorded in the WEBFX cloud. It shows what they are working on and what they have already completed. We also speak with our project manager monthly to review everything that happened in the previous month. Another thing that impresses me with WebFX is if we encounter a problem, they respond the same day and resolve the issue or answer any questions we may have. There are very few things that I dislike about WebFX. One of the things I dislike is how some of their reporting is done. Their reporting sometimes shows items to make their numbers look better when specific conversions they count need not be included. For example, they count direction requests as a conversion when those requests come straight from our employees when they are mapping their way back to our office from a job site. I brought this up to our project manager, Kirsten, and she was quick to change the reporting so that the numbers were more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
