I would recommend prospective customers to be honest about what they want to achieve with their internet experience. We were able to ask for things that we thought were important, but our account manager showed us things that we didn't know existed and how to improve our ranking in overall search. The more honest you are with the expectations, the better the search can be. Also, it's just not up to the account manager.
