What do you like best about WebFX?

The best part of the WebFX company, aside from the service they provide, is their team. Honestly, could not ask for better account reps, in any customer service industry.

Update: This still true. Every rep we have worked with at WebFX, from our main account reps, to our web devs, to our ad reps, they are so friendly, so responsive, and are always willing to help. What do you dislike about WebFX?

Honestly, there is nothing we have disliked from WebFX.

Recommendations to others considering WebFX:

I can only speak for smaller companies, and at that, in healthcare. In my opinion, WebFX are the "Cadillac" of SEO vendors, providing super quality service and care, robust offerings, and scalability. However, I would say for anyone looking for a new SEO service, to research and compare services, and determine what your company needs, at this particular time. Basically, baby step it, and I feel the folks at WebFX will be able to determine best course of action, will be honest about feasibility and cost, helping you determine if they are right for your needs. What problems is WebFX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We originally came to WebFX to help our company's website and social media accounts gain more traffic, subsequently gaining more real work traffic.

Update: We've been with WebFX for about 3 years now, and have expanded past just SEO. WebFX helped us modernize and revamp our website, which had gone through 2 major revamps over past 12 years. This revamp was significant, as it modernized our site and optimized for mobile, adding more dynamic elements, and simplifying the navigation.

We have also worked with WebFX on social media campaigns through the Meta products.

They assist with our Google Business pages, with various updates, ads, analytics, etc.

All of our digital strategies and website management are handled by Web FX. This includes PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, as well as email marketing, SEO, and more. They also assisted us with the implementation of HubSpot. Web FX has been with us since the beginning, helping to develop our marketing department and strategies.
