"Best promotional and transactional based bulk SMS sending website"

What do you like best about Webex Interact?

1) once we create templates no need to type sms format/texts again and again.

2) we can send customised sms as per our requirement.

3) it has transactional based SMS, just upload required data on website and click send sms button, SMS will be generated as per template and variable fields and sent to customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) we are able to send bulk sms to our customers.

2) with transactional based SMS we can merge/use our ERP data with sms to create customised sms

3) it helped us to inform customers about their shipment dispatch/delivery status in advance.

4) it helped us to increase customer satisfaction

"Cheapest bulk sms sending solution for your business"

What do you like best about Webex Interact?

It has very cheapest sms bundle packs than others & it saves lot of your money on bulk sms. Tool provided by them to send sms is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Interact?

What problems is Webex Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) It has cheapest and various sms packages for recharge. We can recharge it as per our requirement and budget

2) we can send both type of sms I e. Transactional and promotional sms

3) the tool they provided is very easy to use.

4) with there api we can configure the same in our in-house software.

5) we get sms delivery confirmation report so we can come to know which numbers have not received SMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Interact?

Its very easy to integrate textlocal with your own software. We have integrated Textlocal with our platform. The transaction SMS is very effective. You will not have problems related to DND contacts. You can also have sub accounts with some transactional SMS and some Promotional SMS. The Templates are easy to make and the review does not take long. The support team is very good. They are always available and make sure they give solutions to your unique problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Interact?

The tool is really robust. Very good for SMS Marketing. I don't see downsides much, it is quite comprehensive and suffices our organisational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Textlocal allows us to send a single SMS template to thousands of followers and donors online saving our time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Interact?

Its simple and easy to use with great reporting features for example allowing people to stop subscribing, tracking open rates, tracking click rates which is all the great features required for a serious marketer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Interact?

Sometimes it can be difficult to find an integration with other software, often there is a work around but you have to look for it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Webex Interact:

Definitely use this software if you want a simple, well supported and easy to use platform that has many integrations with great support. If you want to be abke to properly track campaigns like the number of opens, clicks through to landing pages or sites using mobile sms then this is a great platform to do so, it makes it so simple and easy for you to be able to do this and therefore maximise the output of your marketing campaigns. We also put people into groups which allows us to re-text them later down the line if/when required to do so.

It is highly competitive on their rates and I love that the more text you purchase in advance the lower the price becomes in addition there are a number of API integrations so at one point we had it integrated with google sheets so we could send messages right from google sheets. What problems is Webex Interact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notifying tenants when we are going to show new people there room, this means we can send notifications to a whole house from our laptop as soon as the viewing is booked in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
