Webex was able to work with us and get us in touch with the right vendors to buy printers and the specific type of badge stock that we wanted for our events. It is not over-encumbered with too many features, which is crucial for my users who require simplicity when logging in due to their generally low digital literacy. The platform has been very receptive to feedback after our events, and they have implemented some changes over the past three years that we have been using their services. Our representative has been incredibly helpful whenever we approach him with questions or concerns. Additionally, we are pleased with the ability to adjust the size of the virtual booths for our sponsors. This feature allows our high-tier sponsors to feel they are receiving better exposure, making it worthwhile to invest a little more for a larger virtual booth. They also added in one of our requests to allow us to see who all attended each session. Before we had to export the event data to an Excel file and remove all the duplicants to try and get a good idea of which sessions were most popular. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** I appreciate the clean look and feel, but I still also really want to have some additional customization features for colors and images on the portal. The backend UI takes some time to become familiar with, and one may feel a bit lost before becoming oriented with its layout. It would be beneficial to have additional metrics and filters. Additionally, having the ability to delete user comments from a session chat without completely removing the user would be great. **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** It took a while, but they have finally resolved the closed captioning feature. When we initially started using their services, they claimed to offer the ability to add closed captions to videos for free as part of the service, which turned out to be untrue—it simply did not work at all. However, they have rectified the issue, and we can now utilize the built-in closed caption feature for our accessibility needs, and were able to use it our past conference event. They have also addressed some other issues we encountered while registering our attendees, and we hope to continue improving the registration process with them. Additionally, they fixed their announcements feature so that we can now send an immediate announcement without having to schedule it a few minutes ahead of time as before. Being able to do so helped us quickly inform our different groups about room changes. Now that we can see session participants, I would also love to see how long participants were in the session for. We issue CEU credits at our events, and we really don't want people just skipping to the end of the videos to get our session keywords. It made the registration process for our attendees extremely easy. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** The only issue that we had was with loading the name badges in the onsite hardware, but it was a user error. We were able to video conference with a technician that resolved that issue. It is a pleasure to deal with people who seem to enjoy their jobs, and can answer almost all of your questions quickly, clearly, and efficiently. Any questions they can't answer right away, they can refer you to the staff member who can help. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** Populating a map with booth locations for our Connections Hall (exhibit hall) was a little clunky. Every time you enter a new location and save, the map zooms back out. So you have to zoom in and navigate to the next location every time. Not a huge deal, just a bit of a time waster. It's audio and video tools are crisp clear with some good meeting recording options. It also provides good host controls like waiting room and QnA sessions. It supports every device even if you are not using it just from the web broswer. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** Mute and unmute buttons can be distracting to the audience. Webex also needs to work upon its backgrounds as other comptetitive tools are providing really good options for the background **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** Webex is being used in engaging smaller or larger audience over a conference meeting for the members sitting in different parts of the world. It encourages active partipation with its features like QnA, polling, emojis etc. Webex was quite handy during Covid-19 times where we could being large audiences together in a smoother way and interact. ### 48. Additionally building registration application is also quite simple and straightfoward which saves a lot of time for us. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** The customer support and service is good, but it could definitely do better. There is sometimes delay in response. But apart from that, I do not have any major issues with Webex Events **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Webex events, we are now able to plan for events in a much quicker manner and also at the same time keep track of all the leads and event analytics from a single central platform. Having worked with multiple event platform providers, I have not worked with another provider who has provided this type of service. Additionally, the product is genuinley easy to use. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** This is tough, not too much I can find wrong with it. I think the only thing I would maybe say could use improvement on is the virtual exhibits portion of the platform, but honestly, so many virtual conferences are doing away with that so it's not as important any more. **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** Initially it was because we were having our first in person conference post-Covid and needed a Hybrid conference option. Now, we've had such excellent feedback from our attendees, that we are keeping the app as a permanent fixture for the conference.
