I wanted to express my gratitude to the Tech Support at Webex. I was creating a four meetings with 160 students from two different institutions with breakout groups and then wanted to have a second larger meeting inside each original meeting. Suparna researched the feasibility of this and sent me a detailed email with step by step screenshots to guide me and was very patient with my lack of technical skills. I contacted customer support again just prior to the event related to another issue and Alicia Fernandez Customer Success Manager assisted me and was excellent and even reached out to Suparna for a question. When it comes to hosting webinars in the software space, you need a reliable platform. I've used many different hosts with a variety of audiences, ranging in size. We've been using Webex for several years now and this platform definitely covers our needs.
