One thing I like is if I think something can be done better in the platform, Webex (Socio) has a open-door policy per se, where you can mention concerns. This is our organizations first time using an event software, so we were nervous on how to execute a virtual/hybrid event. From our initial meetings they have been amazing about helping us to brainstorm the best way to execute a conference like ours. They get you in touch with similar customers are well so you can pick each other’s brain : ) While building out our conference I am able to chat with someone and ask questions which is so helpful! No more wasting time to "figure it out" on my own. They jump in to answer questions, let you know how to use their features etc. They do monthly webinars and have a great training program with videos and how to's. They always are coming out with new features and will email you with how to integrate them into your event. They go above and beyond for their customers. Now I'm very familiar with most of its capabilities, but when I started to use the platform or when I find something new, someone from the Webex help desk is always ready and willing to help me. They are easy to communicate with, easy to contact, and give detailed instructional help. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** There are few things I dislike about Webex. I would say the only problem I have ever encountered is the inability of attendees to change the original email that was used to sign up. We've run into issues with attendees that have gone to several of our events and use a different email every time they register. It is very user-friendly from the planner's perspective and the user's. We've used this platform (formerly Socio) for years. **What do you dislike about Webex Events & Webinars?** It's hard to pick something we dislike. The human error aspect is probably the biggest frustration, but that has nothing to do with the platform. We would appreciate some more integration, which may be available at a higher level. **What problems is Webex Events & Webinars solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have completely stopped any printing related to our events. Things are constantly changing, and printing just gives us inaccurate items that we must find a way to change later. The platform allows us to make quick and easy changes providing immediate updates to the app and to our consumers. Even a beginner app builder can jump in a learn along the way while they build their event. There's a bug in uploading images, for example in the speakers section. It usually directed me to an empty page after uploading an image, and I need to try multiple times to successfully upload the image. Other places same problem, like uploading the splash screen for app. 2. Sometimes I remembered I have saved some items, but next time I check, the changes were not reflected, not sure why, happened about 3 times 3. Most of info entered in the system was done before coming to the event location. The time entered in the agenda session should always match the time of the event, however when came to the event location, session time changed in the edit mode. We have reported this bug...Later we tried a workaround is to manually set the computer time zone to home country, and everything seems to be back to normal...
